5 /5 Don Frasco: This place is considered a clinic but way btter than most hospitals around the area. Lobby looks like a hotel. Staff are very friendly. Love this place!

5 /5 Love Blossoms: I’ve been attending this clinic since 2008 at 3rd street when I became pregnant and my daughter was seen here as a baby and now she’s a teen being seen at this location since it moved. The staff provides 100% the best quality of care service. I recommend this clinic to my family and friends. From experience, The wait time is understandable. Be prepared to wait approx. 30- 45 minutes to go in then 1-2 hours to leave the clinic. I don’t mind waiting when I know my kid is receiving the best care service from residents and attending staff. Bring a book to read or arts & crafts for the kids.

1 /5 Angelica Lopez: Every time you come to this Office make sure you come ready to wait!!! Specially at the OB/GYM here. For my last baby I came here and every doctors appointment I waited more than three hours for a 10-15 min check. I’m so happy today is the last time I come here. Appointment was at 3pm and is now 4:30 and still waiting. Love Lomalinda hospital but this Sach clinic is the worst!!!

Jackeline Santana: Their primary care doctors are negligent. I was sick for more than three months (I’m still suffering from the symptoms of the illness) and when telling my primary care doctor my symptoms he told me there was nothing he could do until I was vaccinated with my Covid booster and flu shot. I got both and still was sick. i went back and he refused to send me to a specialist and told me to keep taking cough medicine and home remedies. It wasn’t until i passed out from rib and chest pain and was in the ER when I was diagnosed with Pneumonia as well as inflammation in the lungs. The ER Doctor showed me my x ray and asked me why have I not seen my primary care doctor sooner. I explain to her my situation and was she completely shocked and concerned on why a doctor would have allowed a patient to take tough medication for so long. Please advocate for yourself when you’re at the doctors. I honestly wished I had someone to help me as the primary care doctor was intimidating and completely undermined my health.

Jordan Lopez: Hi guys, so I was in the hospital for about 4 days in January and let me tell you guys how horrible I felt being in there. I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes from that hospital since I had a glucose of 318mg and staff was great just it took them 3-4 days to figure out what type I was until the last day of getting discharged they said I am T1D. They kept taking out so much blood from me and doing tests to see if the insulin they were running would work on me and let me tell you.. that was a NIGHTMARE! I kept asking the doctors and nurses “what type am I “ and they didn’t know what I had so that gave me a curiosity to get a 2nd opinion so I left the country and saw a endocrinologist and they did blood work on me , studied me and turns out I am type 2 diabetic after getting the news I was in shock. I’m 25 years old and I never had symptoms as a kid nor teenager of diabetes neither does my family have a history of diabetes and until this day my sugars have been controlled without insulin and been changing my lifestyle of eating habits to pursue better health. I would recommend going to Loma Linda if you are a diabetic or see a diabetic endocrinologist if you have symptoms of diabetes.

Sharon Tuione: Been picking up medication for my husband for years at multiple Kaiser locations including this one and never had a problem until today at this SB location. The woman at the counter wouldnt release his medication to me with his MRN and DOB, but insisted that I recall the exact name of his medication. There was only one prescription I filled for him but she refused to help me without me naming the singular prescription. I had to pull up his in kp.org and research the details in front of her. I felt as if she was policing me. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and time consuming. She was very rude and spoke to me as if I was stealing.

Ysabel Salazar: Been having dizzy spells that caused me to almost faint the dizzy spells comes with my neck/under shoulder blade pain and also head pain. I feel like my head is going to explode because of head pressure along with feeling like my brain is on fire I also have heart palpitations here and there. They did xray on my neck/shoulder said they didn’t see any inflammation. They also did blood work said looks good, what they need to do was an ct or mri what if my brain is bleeding and gonna have an aneurysm, or have a brain tumor or a stroke that is going to happen soon. I’ve been to this hospital twice for dizziness they aren’t taking me serious. They rule out as maybe headaches that radiate to your neck/shoulder blade or a viral infection I wasn’t even sick no cough no runny nose no flu symptoms nothing in that category. Don’t come here unless you want your day to be wasted and incorrect diagnosis.
