Shirleen Armstrong: I was in the hospital back in August 2024. It was loud full of chatter as if sick people weren’t there for care. I was just discharged today for surgery on February 12-13, 2025, it was a totally different place. Quiet from nurses’ stations, no huge crowds of loud talking “supposedly” professionals. I rested well and there were signs posted on the walls to “Hush” patients here. I felt so welcomed and respect to be there for care. I slept like a baby during the night. Yes, there were vital checks but a lot happier rest without all the noise from hospital professionals.
I must add that the discharge procedure needs to be better my surgeon wasn’t available to sign my discharge paperwork and he someone who came around 2:45 pm and I had been asking to discharge by noon. We drove home to Silver Lakes in high winds and rain. Our power was out. This was such a waste of time to treat us this way. Please make improvements on earlier discharge if the patient asks to discharge by noon. Thank you.
Carlos: Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. I spent 30min on hold only to be hung up on, twice. Days later I finally talked to an employee who flat out lied about things because they were too lazy to check something for me. I am trying to get medical help so I don’t get other people sick.
James Harris: The medical people are fine and the office staff are nice enough. I am rating IPMG with only one star because the office and the billing department are not in sync with each other. I am completely done with paying my copay at the end of a visit only to be called saying I still owe money. Has been happening for months and Im seriously about to report them to their regulatory board.
