I am rating IPMG with only one star because the office and the billing department are not in sync with each other. I am completely done with paying my copay at the end of a visit only to be called saying I still owe money. Has been happening for months and Im seriously about to report them to their regulatory board.
Behavioral Health Services at Dignity Health - Community Hospital of San Bernardino - San Bernardino Bebe Sanchez: This place has 1 star constant reviews for a reason.. i was a patient here for my first time ever back in march due to suicidal thoughts. I actually put myself here. The way i felt like a prisoner, but i felt extremely bad for others more than myself. The guards and nurses were treating them so badly. Arguing, yelling, making fun of patients! made me cry. I even made a complaint on a certain nurse who is extremely verbally abusive but they sent me back a letter saying “this place shows no wrong doing” please from deep down in my heart as a human being, if you’re reading this.. this is the last place i would ever go or even send anyone i love here.
Urgent Care - Dignity Health - Highland, CA - Highland R Vazquez: Waiting time is ridiculous!! 3-4 hours just to get checked by the nurse then they tell you to wait outside for another 2-3 hours before you get a room. Then you wait for an hour for the doctor to finally see you. Then 30 minutes to an hour wait for your prescription. They only have 1 doctor. Theyre the worst Urgent Care waiting I ever had to wait for. Staff is okay. Doctor sucks.
Dr Sunil Arora, MD - San Bernardino DAILY REFINEMENT: I have always had a great experience with Dr. Sunil Arora, MD. He is a knowledgeable, caring, and attentive doctor who truly listens to his patients and provides excellent medical care. However, my experience with the front desk staff has been disappointing. The receptionist is rude, dismissive, and lacks professionalism, which makes visits frustrating and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this has affected my overall experience, to the point that I have decided to stop going to this practice. I hope the office management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service because Dr. Arora himself is an excellent physician
Loma Linda University Childrens Hospital - Loma Linda Saria Stewart: My son was recently admitted to the hospital for four days, and during our stay, we were fortunate to have the best nurses—Krista and Jasmine. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Even the PCA, whose name I believe was Mayra, was amazing. I am so grateful for the exceptional care and support they provided during such a challenging time. Their dedication and compassion made all the difference. Thank you for everything you do for your patients and their families. Your hard work and kindness do not go unnoticed!
SAC Health - Norton Clinic - San Bernardino Mayra Martinez: If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying the receptionists and nursing staff were kind, patient and communacative I had no issues with them whatsoever. I was in the waiting area for about an hour after my appointment time before getting called in. Once I was called in it still took almost another hour to get seen by the doctor. When the doctor finally came in she was very hostile in her mannerisms and tone towards me. The doctor was very short/rude with her demeanor and wouldnt allow me to explain my issues fully, she also would interrupt me. I also had overheard two nurses complaining that I was waiting too long for lab work so they sent me home because the lab technician waited so long to call me in that they ended up leaving for lunch (which I had not eaten all morning because I knew there was a chance I would get labwork done). Over all I was there for about 3 hours and didnt even get the help I need. I wouldnt recommend this place at all, take your health issues elsewhere.
