1 /5 Mayra Martinez: If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying the receptionists and nursing staff were kind, patient and communacative I had no issues with them whatsoever. I was in the waiting area for about an hour after my appointment time before getting called in. Once I was called in it still took almost another hour to get seen by the doctor. When the doctor finally came in she was very hostile in her mannerisms and tone towards me. The doctor was very short/rude with her demeanor and wouldnt allow me to explain my issues fully, she also would interrupt me. I also had overheard two nurses complaining that I was waiting too long for lab work so they sent me home because the lab technician waited so long to call me in that they ended up leaving for lunch (which I had not eaten all morning because I knew there was a chance I would get labwork done). Over all I was there for about 3 hours and didnt even get the help I need. I wouldnt recommend this place at all, take your health issues elsewhere.

1 /5 Andrew Martinez: If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Even with an appointment, we were there for 3 HOURS. Completely unacceptable and total disregard for others. Doctor is unprofessional and shady. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

1 /5 Gloria Vidrio: We show up for my mom Dr, appointment today her appointment was at 1pm and the lady at the front desk tells me my mom didn’t have health coverage insurance then I need to pay for it or call my insurance and book another appointment I left and I’ll call insurance and everything was good. I waste my day off work and my mom her doctor appointment. On this place they don’t know what they doing.

And Cassandras appointment for surgery was supposed to be done in October and has been postponed until December because Dr Daniels hurt her back. This is not right there should be a backup doctor because the situation that Cassandra is in is very serious. Cassandra has already waited long enough. Im letting other women know out there dont come to this woman to woman this place is a joke because your life is more important.

BUT THEN to hear that the ENT specialist said "its not an emergency and dont bring my son in unless he STOPS breathing", how can you live with yourself? STOP BEING LAZY AND TAKE CARE OF THESE CHILDREN WE COME TO YOU FOR HELP! THERES A REASON YOU WORK IN THE DEPARTMENTS YOU WORK IN. LAST TIME I CHECKED NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATH PROPERLY IS AN EMERGENCY. DO YOUR JOB!

Carly: I had a good experience at the hospital but the billing department sucks. They overcharged me and I called and left a message for the accounts manager multiple times. She never called back. The individuals working under her couldnt help. So do I just have to go to collections? Is that really fair when Im genuinely trying to settle the bill? Doesnt seem like it. They would have gotten a higher rating if the aftercare wasnt so poor, but Ive spent so much time trying to call them to settle the bill (yes someone is trying to pay you, just fairly), that its been a real hassle. Also instead of replying to this with the individuals number to call (because Ive already been leaving messages for months), just connect with your staff and sort out the problem. If shes overworked, get her help! If she doesnt care, put her in a position she enjoys and find someone more suited for this one. Hopefully you guys work things out on the backend and I can settle my bill. Weird to leave a review like this...

Sarah Silvester: Dr. McDowell is one Awesome surgeon and deserves 5 stars but this place and staff deserves a low star rating. You cant get through to the office ever. It took almost 3 days to get through to get my Moms meds after her hip surgery. I work in the medical field as well and find their patient care to be horrendous. The message says they are open 8am-5pm but they come in at whatever time because when I called first thing the phone lines were still not connected. Then I called almost an hour later and the same thing. If you message them at all, you wont hear back until the end of the day, if not then next day. I hope they truly start caring for the patients.

Nicole Rae Valencia: My initial referral from my insurance for this office was valid 04/24/24-/07/23/24, but it took me that long to make an appointment. I had to get another referral valid from 07/09/24. Apparently my primary doctors office faxed over my records along with the referral, but only the referral was received at that fax #. There was a lot of back and forth with the medical coordinator and multiple faxes my doctors office, trying to make sure my bloodwork and abdominal scans were received just so I could make an appointment. That being said, at my visit, Wen Long, PA-C completed a thorough review of my records, ordered additional bloodwork, fibroscan and follow-up visit. She answered my questions, assured me Ive been doing correct preventative measures, and understood why my situation stumped my primary doctor. I look forward to learning more at my future visits!
