Victoria Sorrells: I had such a lovely experience with Dr Eric Efuentngu. He was very thorough and kind, and made me feel very comfortable. It was an easy and quick appointment. The staff was also helpful with reminders. I got exactly what I came for. I am so grateful I found you!
Carly: I had a good experience at the hospital but the billing department sucks.
They overcharged me and I called and left a message for the accounts manager multiple times. She never called back. The individuals working under her couldnt help.
So do I just have to go to collections? Is that really fair when Im genuinely trying to settle the bill? Doesnt seem like it.
They would have gotten a higher rating if the aftercare wasnt so poor, but Ive spent so much time trying to call them to settle the bill (yes someone is trying to pay you, just fairly), that its been a real hassle.
Also instead of replying to this with the individuals number to call (because Ive already been leaving messages for months), just connect with your staff and sort out the problem. If shes overworked, get her help! If she doesnt care, put her in a position she enjoys and find someone more suited for this one.
Hopefully you guys work things out on the backend and I can settle my bill. Weird to leave a review like this...

Sarah Silvester: Dr. McDowell is one Awesome surgeon and deserves 5 stars but this place and staff deserves a low star rating. You cant get through to the office ever. It took almost 3 days to get through to get my Moms meds after her hip surgery. I work in the medical field as well and find their patient care to be horrendous. The message says they are open 8am-5pm but they come in at whatever time because when I called first thing the phone lines were still not connected. Then I called almost an hour later and the same thing. If you message them at all, you wont hear back until the end of the day, if not then next day. I hope they truly start caring for the patients.
Nicole Rae Valencia: My initial referral from my insurance for this office was valid 04/24/24-/07/23/24, but it took me that long to make an appointment. I had to get another referral valid from 07/09/24. Apparently my primary doctors office faxed over my records along with the referral, but only the referral was received at that fax #. There was a lot of back and forth with the medical coordinator and multiple faxes my doctors office, trying to make sure my bloodwork and abdominal scans were received just so I could make an appointment.
That being said, at my visit, Wen Long, PA-C completed a thorough review of my records, ordered additional bloodwork, fibroscan and follow-up visit. She answered my questions, assured me Ive been doing correct preventative measures, and understood why my situation stumped my primary doctor. I look forward to learning more at my future visits!
Mike Hudspeth: He’s the best doctor!! He’s very kind and will always make time to squeeze in an appointment. He’s very accommodating and his staff is very sweet. You can feel that he really cares about his patients. Dr Elsaadi is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him. Even my grandma goes to see him!
Manuel Corea: I went in for a d.o.t physical and a drug test for a job. I clearly explained it and showed the guy in the front desk what i was there for and he said ok. When a lady called me to the back i asked her if i was doing my drug screening together with my d.o.t physical and she said yes. Seemed kinda weird at first but being there since 9am and waiting for 4 hours i figured it was because of both test. When i left they handed me my paperwork and they told me they will send my company the results i waited 4 days and called my company to check on my results. well i guess the workers are just lazy and careless because they lied to me they never even did a drug test just the d.o.t urine sample they almost cost me my job because their workers were being negligent.
