Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital - San Bernardino I was first last: I was a patient here after a very serious car accident in 2008 and I had to have assistance remembering how to do some daily activities and thanks to Laurie I rehabilitated amazingly. Thank you very much Laurie and the entire staff. I’m Marco Jr I had a two bone flaps removed from my skull. I apologize for being difficult when I was a patient but with your understanding and patience I am here and better then ever. GOD bless you and this entire rehabilitation facility, I am forever grateful and appreciative of my assistance here.
Montclair Hospital Medical Center - Montclair Sanchez Yesenia (Sunny): This is the shortest wait time I have experienced in such a long time at a hospital. The staff and doctor were friendly and I got the help I needed. I was experiencing intense pain in my right shoulder that was also affecting the rest of my arm. I was able to get pain relief while there and was also prescribed more pain medication to help me when I got home. I was finally able to sleep when I got home.
Kaiser Permanente Ontario Medical Center - Ontario Jamie Fulk: The dirtiest hospital I have ever seen. The floors were visibly so dirty. The lobby was dirty. The nurses had attitude. First nurse said maybe my 4 year old son had gotten into drugs because I told her he was hallucinating from high fever. Very rude and dismissive. My son was brought in an ambulance just to be taken to the lobby not even a room. Only was offered Tylenol and the nurses seemed annoyed to help or even talk to us. Nurses did not want to help give my son the oral medicine, one said she didn’t want to be kicked. I will never come back to this hospital or recommend anyone to go here.

Special Thanks to Jennifer CNA is sick caring loving supportive and she went out of her way to help me when I feel sad and Anxiety.
