1 /5 DAILY REFINEMENT: I have always had a great experience with Dr. Sunil Arora, MD. He is a knowledgeable, caring, and attentive doctor who truly listens to his patients and provides excellent medical care. However, my experience with the front desk staff has been disappointing. The receptionist is rude, dismissive, and lacks professionalism, which makes visits frustrating and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this has affected my overall experience, to the point that I have decided to stop going to this practice. I hope the office management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service because Dr. Arora himself is an excellent physician

5 /5 Melanie Griffey: Very positive experience both with myself and daughter since were both patients of Dr. Aroras. His PA Dhara is SO knowledgeable & just an all around lovely person. Shes efficient but thorough and explains everything clearly. Shes incredible a credit to her profession!! Dr. Arora is fortunate to have such a great staff across the board. They are all very nice & professional. Can get a bit crowded at times but thats to be expected now & then. Highly recommend this office!!

If problems arise the staff and doctors work hard to resolve the issue. We love Dr Arora, Dara, and the entire staff. Front desk lady is so friendly and nice.

5 /5 Delores Chan: My mother has been seen here for some months now, and Ive never heard her talk about feeling different as in good health until coming here. She understands the medications that shes on and what each of them does for her, and why she needs them. The facility is clean, the Physician, Ms. Dhara, knowledgeable, kind, and patient and very thorough with the information my mother asks for or when she needs to explain something to my mother. The lovely Ms. Fetu greets patients with respect and does her best to get everybody seen in a timely manner. Im grateful to all those who all work together to see patients here, we may not thank you in person but we are aware of your good works. Thank you. I recommend this place.
