5 /5 Brian Williams: My wife is here as a patient. Cat our nurse is one of the best nurses. She is very knowledgeable, caring, professional and engaging. She made my wife feel good. Give Cat a raise. Also Cat is the RN on second floor for heart patients. Again she is a superstar!!!!!

5 /5 Gabriella Barker: This review is 5 stars because of 1 nurse in the CVICU. If your loved one goes to this unit, you’ll be blessed to have this nurse. So for Kandy S the RN in the CVICU I would like to say: She is an exceptional registered nurse who made a significant difference during a challenging time for our family as my mother was in critical condition. From our first interaction she had a warm presence and was so kind. Kandys care provided us with comfort and support. Her knowledge and skill were above expectations and her ability to explain complicated and confusing medical info helped us understand what was going on and the plan. She explained everything she was doing and why so we knew exactly what was being done. She treated my mother with kindness and respect and made sure to clean her mouth turn her and care for her wounds and prevent them. We felt safe and had full trust that my mother was in good caring hands and care. I cannot explain our appreciation highly enough. Her compassionate support has left a lasting impact on our family. We can’t express how grateful we are for her. Thank you Kandy. You are the best RN we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and blessed to have care for my mother!!! You’re remarkable!!.

5 /5 Elizabeth Rodriguez: My dad received great care by RN Anthony (from emergency room), RN Cindy, Melissa, Marissa, Gabe, and Richard. There was even a kind respiratory therapist who was extremely kind my dad and sister. Unfortunately she cannot remember his name. Great hospital.

1 /5 Shane Torres: Waited an hour for my name to be called. When called they took my temp. Then sent me back to waiting room.. took me back in to ask me what happened.. then sent me back out.. hour later got my ct scan.. then sent me back out.. was sent by a nurse to wait in a room for another nurse to let me know I didn’t belong there.. next I get called in so they can ask me again what happened.. still waiting on my paperwork from the ct scan 2 hours ago. It’s 5:06pm.. been here since 11:30am.

1 /5 Rosie Tercero: Extremely disappointed in the the way this hospital runs their ER. Husband went in with chest pain he was placed in a chair in the er hallways with absolutely no privacy, the doctor walked over to speak to us, ashe’d medical history in the hallway while other patients sat in other chairs right. He was basically treated from the lobby. He was sent back to the lobby after each procedure: blood work, IV insert and CT scan. Was called by phone and given results. I was in shock at the level of care that was given at this hospital. I will never go back.
