5 /5 ᙅᒪᗢᗩḰ -: This place is better than going to my "primary doctor"! I can get in, get out and get medicine and the care that I need. And I can at least see someone in person and not over some stupid video call. And I dont have to wait forever. With my "primary doctor" I cant even get an appointment with them. Not like I would want to cause I feel irrelevant when I go there, always playing and typing on their stupid little laptops making no eye contact with you, making you feel ignored.
At least with urgent care I feel like Im being listened to by everyone. They make eye contact and there is not a damn laptop in sight through the process. Ive never had a problem with anyone going here. They had one slip up but nobody is perfect and these people are working their butts off all day trying to do what they can.
With all that said I can say I appreciate the work these people do and I will continue to go here whenever I have health issues in the future.
