5 /5 Linda Wyatt: I called because I had developed a extremely. Bad toothache. We called around with No Emergency Dentist open for a hour. I called Kaiser operator she was so nice,advised its ok to go even if it was Dental. Everyone was so kind. As I was hurting so bad. Antibiotic Rx for possibly infection that might be causing pain. And keep taking the Ibuprofen i was taking. I was in and out fast. They were very organized with system running Saturday urgent care.

5 /5 Yvonne Ware: First time to the Urgent Care Clinic in Victorville, CA. Visiting family and ended up at Urgent Care. Not knowing what to expect, I was completely shocked by the courteous employees smiling and greeting patients so early in the morning.(Before 7am) The atmosphere was so soothing I was able to disconnect from my misery and focus on the warmth and compassion all around me. YES, the wait can be long, (less than 2 hours), but no one is sent away due to not enough Doctors available. Or told to go to another facility for care… This clinic in the High Desert provides great care and services to Kaiser Members. The Pharmacy was amazing as well. The purpose to everything is get you in and get you home as quickly as possible. I agree, I’m home..

Came in and set an appointment for flu vaccine, showed up for appt and male receptionist on duty remembered me and professionally called me out by name "Mr Still right? Ill contact nurse for you and let her know youre here". Also, Nurse Amanda was extremely courteous, professional, and quick. Amazing staff today.

5 /5 jodi umberson: I was very lucky to get an appointment with Dr Sharpe. I was called in right away, he was very kind and listened to every one of my concerns. He took great care of me and upped my prescription, made sure to refer me back to psychiatry, ordered labs, and made sure I had a follow up appointment with him next month. I was very scared and worried about my health and he took the time to figure out next steps for everything I was concerned about.

Jody Sypher: Dr. Aoun and staff are absolutely wonderful. (I should have written this sooner). Guess I felt like my little “best kept secret” should remain my secret. But he has been such an exceptional medical professional to deal with, its only fair that I share my experience. First you work with his office staff to schedule appointments. Very nice, quick to respond and professional. Can’t ask for more. Then meeting with Dr. Aoun solidifies the professionalism and consideration you receive. He really digs in and asks questions, listens, spends time with you and offers ideas and solutions. He is not judgmental or pushy. He always takes the time to go over all the details. You feel like you have the best of both worlds…..a seasoned medical professional and a realistic guy who understands that not everyone has the same needs or the same opinion. I always feel like I can be honest and get an honest response or advise. I trust him completely. Kudos Doc!! I appreciate you!

Elizabeth Saenz: The nurses and front desk were awesome. Dr came in gave me a cortisone shot didnt say anything to me. Being my first time. I expected more then that. The shot didnt work. It didnt look like the one I got from my other Dr. He was like get in get out. He doesnt get no points from me. Didnt like the way he made me feel. I Called back to make a appointment to see him they put me with someone one else... Not cool...

Mila Ramirez: I come here every month for my refills, the staff is amazing and kind, especially tony whom actually helped me so much to get back on my feet a few months ago I was completely lost came in to the crisis and got greeted with a smile and a very caring individual named tony who helped guide me actually helped me to make a full 360 on my life and now I am recovered/ recovering. With this I say thank you Tony sending you a huge hug Also thankful for the staff in general they are amazing caring and kind. They have so much patience, and are awesome at there job. Jacob Lara: The physicians are pretty good. I prefer some over others, but the front office staff are awful. They never send in appropriate amounts of information to get referrals, prior authorizations, and medications. They claim they do stuff but when you talk to the insurance company they have no records of it happening. It is a regular occurrence across multiple insurances so I am inclined to believe it is the office staff. If this wasnt on par with the rest of the medical professionals unprofessional attitudes and business operations across the high desert I would have searched for another doctor. So they are the best of the bottom of the barrel.

Gabriela Rios: dr. guevarra is definitely one of the worst doctors I have ever had. she will dismiss every single concern you have about your health and she always cuts you off when you speak. when I was a teenager, I went for my yearly physical and during the appointment I had asked for a referral to see a mental health professional. she refused to because it is a ‘normal’ teenage thing. she also refused to give me yearly mri scans (brain problems run in the family so it is a huge concern for me) because i’m ‘too young’ to have anything seriously wrong with me. I don’t understand why she is in the medical field if she really doesn’t care to listen to his patients. the other doctor on the other hand, is amazing. I always got her name wrong it’s either joann or joan. but she truly is so sweet. she made me feel heard and understood. she helped me with everything guevarra refused to. I wish she had her own practice. thank you for everything joann/joan! guevarra, do better.
