They have different programs and many doctors to choose from on your way to recovery . Staff listens to needs, they are empathetic , and overall care about your well being. Someone is always available to answer any questions and work quickly and efficiently. Best decision I’ve made so far this year. Special shoutout to Dr. Olsen and Coronato who are very understanding and professional . Also last but not least is my case manager Yizza who I believe goes above and beyond her duties to make sure our needs are met. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help thank you all. 5 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lizbeth Plascencia: I do not recommend this Doctor’s office if you want your significant other to be by your side during the visit. First of all, I was never told that I had to attend my appointment by myself. When my husband and I arrive to the appointment, the first thing I was told was that nobody was allowed to enter with me to my ultrasound exam. My husband and I work as technologists and we know we have the right to bring a family member if the patient’s desires to. I honestly felt uncomfortable entering by myself and front desk did not show any empathy towards that. I was told if my husband did not step out of the office (building) they would not checked me in. I’m truly in shock as this sounds to me so unprofessional. Obviously we both decided to cancel the appointment and be seen by another Doctor. They still have the audacity to call me and say that if I ever decide to go back, they would not be allowed to take me in. Of course if you have common sense I would never go back to this Doctor. You make the rules, but I don’t necessarily have to follow them, especially if you’re not the only doctor in the world.

Katherine Jackson: If i could give 0 stars, i would. This is worst and only oncology office in the valley. They never answer their phone. I’ve called many times and all I get told is that my message is being sent to the staff and will get a call back. It’s been a week and still nothing. You guys need to do better. It’s this type of patient care that makes everyone go out of town to get actual care.

Kugel Family: I have an HMO and he is my assigned dr. I like him but I can NEVER EVER call in and get an appointment for my sick child. The office is always booked with wellness checks. They ALWAYS refer me to urgent care! Why THE HECK do I have a pediatrician???? I see the urgent care physicians more than I see my pediatrician. This is WRONG!!!!

Ada Quevedo: Update: my mother also took the test there. This place is her pcp and it was covered by the insurance. They had her waiting outside in her car for over 30 minutes. Then, administered the test and told her to wait in the car for the doctor. We waited for another 30 minutes only for the doctor to come out and tell her that she had to go home and wait two days. We were under the impression that we would get results then and there. They hire a bunch of unqualified, unprofessional, and rude employees. The receptionists are incredibly rude and lazy. Janira and Diana don’t answer the phone even when there are no patients inside. When asked about coverage they said it wasn’t their job and that I should call me insurance to see if they cover the service requested or not. “My supervisor said that if you are not a patient from this clinic that your insurance provider might cover it but if it doesn’t then you have to pay $180 cash today.” Then she refused to figure out if it was covered or not. I asked her how I would know if I had to pay cash today or not (I was already at the health center ready to get services) and she said I had to call. That’s as if I went to a store to ask if I have to pay nor or later and they tell you to call their corporate to ask and find out. Idiotic. Additionally, they took my details “for my chart”. Hopefully they do not try and bill my insurance with false claims that they administered services. Note: i did end up calling my insurance and they asked me if there was a receptionist or nurse there because these were questions they call and ask for.
