1 /5 Ada Quevedo: Update: my mother also took the test there. This place is her pcp and it was covered by the insurance. They had her waiting outside in her car for over 30 minutes. Then, administered the test and told her to wait in the car for the doctor. We waited for another 30 minutes only for the doctor to come out and tell her that she had to go home and wait two days. We were under the impression that we would get results then and there. They hire a bunch of unqualified, unprofessional, and rude employees. The receptionists are incredibly rude and lazy. Janira and Diana don’t answer the phone even when there are no patients inside. When asked about coverage they said it wasn’t their job and that I should call me insurance to see if they cover the service requested or not. “My supervisor said that if you are not a patient from this clinic that your insurance provider might cover it but if it doesn’t then you have to pay $180 cash today.” Then she refused to figure out if it was covered or not. I asked her how I would know if I had to pay cash today or not (I was already at the health center ready to get services) and she said I had to call. That’s as if I went to a store to ask if I have to pay nor or later and they tell you to call their corporate to ask and find out. Idiotic. Additionally, they took my details “for my chart”. Hopefully they do not try and bill my insurance with false claims that they administered services. Note: i did end up calling my insurance and they asked me if there was a receptionist or nurse there because these were questions they call and ask for.

1 /5 Kris Purdy: This clinic is a complete joke. Don’t go here unless you just want a Covid test and want to wait. The secretary’s decide whether the clinic will see you or not. 9/10 times they just call 911 for you even though it’s not an emergency because they don’t want to deal with it. So if you need someone to call 911 for you drive down there they are really good at that.

1 /5 Twisted E.: I cant even get a hold of anything when I call! No number or button will get me to anyone, the menu keeps repeating like 3 times and then hangs up! I promise I can give video proof. Help!! I just want to to someone at this clinic!!!!

2 /5 Miss Rivera: While I really love my provider Joe Gonzales I am rating this facility as 2 stars due to excessive wait times and unprofessional support staff. The national average wait time for a general office visit is between 15-20 minutes. The wait times at this facility are in excess of 1 hour before being seen despite arriving on or before your designated appointment time. Most telemedicine visit wait times to be seen by a PCP is typically 10-15 minutes, however, I was scheduled for a telemedicine visit today and despite confirming that I was standing by for my appointment I am still waiting to be seen and its been an hour and 10 minutes since my original appointment time. Additionally, support staff in the front of house are very curt, and even abrasive at times with patients. Support staff is dismissive or patient questions and concerns, and fail to respond to inquiries in a timely manner. My insurance provider faxed documentation several times and recieved no response. I also submitted faxes which were never responded to despite receiving fax transmission confirmations. I was then provided and email address as support staff advised they never recieve any of the numerous faxes, but that email was also never responded to.

5 /5 Veronica Galicia: I was very pleased to find this urgent care centet IS open 7 days a week. It is affiliated with Pioneers Memorial Hospital. Great to know there is another option other than the ER in the area. The hours are Mon-Fri 7a-12a Sat-Sun 10a-10pm. My service was pretty fast and everyone was very nice!
