Elisa Sanchez The worse Dr. if you want Primary care doctor that cares about your loved one. This isn’t the doctor you want. If you need him to help you with your loved one he refuses to get involved. Or just simply follow up to see how the patient is doing while hospitalize. In my 25 years in the Medical Field I never had a doctor say “ I can’t help “. As the primary care doctor it’s his job. But to him your just a number unfortunately. Stay away from this doctor because when you really need him to help you find out how your loved one is doing. Especially Right now with the COVID crisis and the hospitals not allowing any visitors this doctor will shut you down. Heartless doctor! But someday Karma will come And I hope it’s soon. Dr Estrada remember what comes around goes around !!!

Melisa Gonzalez My Dad had Dr Estrada for 2 years and has been the worst! I would recommend not getting this Dr he is extremely rude! Doesn’t know how to be professional when it comes to talking to his patients I don’t even know how he still has a license.

A P So UNPROFESSIONAL! My grandma is in hospice so she gets a nurse visit every so often. It’s normal for a nurse to come but this visit was a little different not only did she come but another nurse and Mario Robles came too! This is a 98-year-old woman that we’re talking about we are keeping her in quarantine no one is allowed in (not even family) so, keeping that in mind not only was he RUDE to my mother about being there he decided to hurry up of the nurses (literally shouted at her Hurry up girl!) he left without even saying a thing. You call that a doctor? You call that someone that has principles with their patients and their staff?! I am beyond mortified by his actions specially being a supposed doctor.

Luis Gomez Alert!!!!!! Alert!!!!! I’m not 100% sure who stole my wallet, but the night of 11/23/21 someone working for this hospital did it. Next morning I reported to the administrative staff they didn’t care and get upset when I insisted to look at the hallway cameras , at any moment felt they were really trying to help me and find out who stole my money ,credit cards, passport card, driver’s license, INE card (Mexican Id), american and mexican debit cards. Stay away from this place if it’s possible. I want to be clear that I’m not complaining about the medical services they provided for my wife that’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ my bad review is for their honesty, and careless actitud .

Stephanie Palomares Dr. Bui or however you spell it is a horrible Cardiologist. Blamed my mom for her heart problem when she couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her. Was saying “you have cancer” as if that was part of her job. Going back & forth with her about the same diagnosis saying she wants to know what the problem was & why she keeps having the same complications. There has been many other patients complaining for the same reason. I have an audio on her & how she says that she won’t care about her patient if her patient doesn’t care about themselves when my mom does everything possible to take care of herself

Tony I have to come back the next day to get my CD. The CD printing is a persistent problem. There is certainly room for improvement.

Ruben Guillen My respects to all those who work for the health sector, I have been very patient with the Tristan clinic, but there are many occasions that I do not receive a no by phone, this last occasion they answered me that I have to call until Monday because today Friday 3.30 pm they already closed. But if you already picked up the phone, why is it hard for you to book me and set an appointment for my son? very poor service to their patients, they take advantage of the fact that there are few pediatricians in the area

Arturo Perez I have been calling Dr. Tristan’s private office since Thursday (January 26, 2023) and no one answers the phones. I have been calling at different times throughout the day. It is now Monday (January 30, 2023 at 8:30am and NO ONE is answering the phones! Did her office close down? What’s going on with this office?? If they decided to open later.. why isn’t there an answering service? I pressed every button to see if I can talk to anyone and it just keeps ringing. Extremely disappointed.

Ada Quevedo Update: my mother also took the test there. This place is her pcp and it was covered by the insurance. They had her waiting outside in her car for over 30 minutes. Then, administered the test and told her to wait in the car for the doctor. We waited for another 30 minutes only for the doctor to come out and tell her that she had to go home and wait two days. We were under the impression that we would get results then and there. They hire a bunch of unqualified, unprofessional, and rude employees. The receptionists are incredibly rude and lazy. Janira and Diana don’t answer the phone even when there are no patients inside. When asked about coverage they said it wasn’t their job and that I should call me insurance to see if they cover the service requested or not. “My supervisor said that if you are not a patient from this clinic that your insurance provider might cover it but if it doesn’t then you have to pay $180 cash today.” Then she refused to figure out if it was covered or not. I asked her how I would know if I had to pay cash today or not (I was already at the health center ready to get services) and she said I had to call. That’s as if I went to a store to ask if I have to pay nor or later and they tell you to call their corporate to ask and find out. Idiotic. Additionally, they took my details “for my chart”. Hopefully they do not try and bill my insurance with false claims that they administered services. Note: i did end up calling my insurance and they asked me if there was a receptionist or nurse there because these were questions they call and ask for.

Kris Purdy This clinic is a complete joke. Don’t go here unless you just want a Covid test and want to wait. The secretary’s decide whether the clinic will see you or not. 9/10 times they just call 911 for you even though it’s not an emergency because they don’t want to deal with it. So if you need someone to call 911 for you drive down there they are really good at that.
