Dr. Strong and Dr. Vo have always included my thoughts and concerns into the care plan and have always been readily available in our moments of urgent need. We have been tended to as loved ones and that is very much felt and appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised, because often when I phone this doctor’s office the call goes unanswered. This time, however, my call was answered promptly and my request was fulfilled within minutes. 1 /5 JoMari Marquez Aguilar: Just left Calexico office today 9/17 and wish I had gotten the girls names at the front desk but none of them had name tags on. I’ve been going to Dr. Vo’s office for 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience till today. I was basically denied usage of my primary insurance BCBS (that’s active and been the same since) for my appointment because of some discrepancy of a secondary insurance that I used to have. As I explained to the girl who spoke to me like I was dumb and rolled her eyes at me that I’ve never had issues before with them billing my primary only and me just paying my copay. Feeling embarrassed from her loud tone I asked for the manager who was very helpful and understood. Once again wish I had gotten his name. As someone who works in the medical field and with health insurance on the daily my advise to those girls at the front desk is if you don’t like helping people with kindness you shouldn’t be in the medical field and please don’t lie about billing either. Unfortunately, I can’t see my favorite physician Joanna Falcon in Brawley anymore but will continue teledocs with her because she’s amazing and I won’t ever step foot in Calexico facility again. Do better Calexico front desk.
