1 /5 Maria Rizo: Terrible service. They made me wait 4 months for a medication that they make in their laboratory. After 5 months they arrive at my door with the 2nd dose when I didnt even receive the first. My nails were damaged for that reason. What a shame and what abuse.

Elisa Sanchez: The worse Dr. if you want Primary care doctor that cares about your loved one. This isn’t the doctor you want. If you need him to help you with your loved one he refuses to get involved. Or just simply follow up to see how the patient is doing while hospitalize. In my 25 years in the Medical Field I never had a doctor say “ I can’t help “. As the primary care doctor it’s his job. But to him your just a number unfortunately. Stay away from this doctor because when you really need him to help you find out how your loved one is doing. Especially Right now with the COVID crisis and the hospitals not allowing any visitors this doctor will shut you down. Heartless doctor! But someday Karma will come And I hope it’s soon. Dr Estrada remember what comes around goes around !!!

A P: So UNPROFESSIONAL! My grandma is in hospice so she gets a nurse visit every so often. It’s normal for a nurse to come but this visit was a little different not only did she come but another nurse and Mario Robles came too! This is a 98-year-old woman that we’re talking about we are keeping her in quarantine no one is allowed in (not even family) so, keeping that in mind not only was he RUDE to my mother about being there he decided to hurry up of the nurses (literally shouted at her Hurry up girl!) he left without even saying a thing. You call that a doctor? You call that someone that has principles with their patients and their staff?! I am beyond mortified by his actions specially being a supposed doctor.

It is now Monday (January 30, 2023 at 8:30am and NO ONE is answering the phones! Did her office close down? What’s going on with this office?? If they decided to open later.. why isn’t there an answering service? I pressed every button to see if I can talk to anyone and it just keeps ringing. Extremely disappointed.
