1 /5 Kugel Family: I have an HMO and he is my assigned dr. I like him but I can NEVER EVER call in and get an appointment for my sick child. The office is always booked with wellness checks. They ALWAYS refer me to urgent care! Why THE HECK do I have a pediatrician???? I see the urgent care physicians more than I see my pediatrician. This is WRONG!!!!

5 /5 Liz Aguilar: Favorite pediatrics office ever! Staff is friendly and amazing, never have had anyone treat us with an attitude as other places have. My child absolutely loves the waiting room. Doctors are very attentive, great listeners and answer any question you might have. Waiting times are not long! That’s a plus. Been going to Dr. A since 2018 and will continue taking my next child with him as well. Can’t wait for my newborn to get shots from our favorite staff Kayla Q. Makes it look so easy and has the best hand! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

4 /5 Simply Tired: Great doctor! After we lost Dr. Ortiz, who I had as a child, I was worried about my daughter having a good doctor, but Alshareef is a reassuring and kind man who will treat your child right, his nurses are great and very gentle with children; only reason I rate 4 stars is that his staff are definitely what drag the business down, you can tell they dont care and are just filing paperwork and have to talk with you. WOULD recommend but I would go prepared so that staff neglect doesnt ruin your visit.

2 /5 Briana Fernandez: I’ve been with with dr alshareef for about 5 years and I had some issues with him not acknowledging when my son had a head injury. Trusting a doctor i said ok it’s normal but his whole face swelled and I took him to the ER and his skull was fractured. I didn’t leave because I didn’t know how to or where to transfer my kids medical records. The staff is very nice. The doctor is also nice but I don’t think he dedicates the time he needs to with each patient which is his job. He does the basic that a doctor should do but as a parent you want a doctor to wonder more what’s behind their child’s issue. And I don’t see this here. I do think they over book for the day. Wait times are long which I don’t understand, then what are scheduled appointment times for. I will be moving doctors. I will be transferring both of my kids.

5 /5 Kenia Arredondo: I love this office it’s the best!! Dr. Alshareef Is awesome, super knowledgeable and is always making himself available for his patients. I also like that he has credentials for both hospitals in the valley. I’ve had my children at both hospitals and he went to visit them and followed up, this gave my family and I comfort.. Nurse practitioner is great too, she also explains everything very good and answers all questions. Staff is always nice, helpful and welcoming specially Kayla she has always taken care of my children’s vaccines and she is great! The most import thing for my family and I is that we feel safe, welcomed and our questions get answered and this office has everything!! ... thank you all :)
