Maybe i should talk to the doctor and find out what his response is to denying his referral. my husband insurance is a PPO. There is alot of MD willing to see him as a patient but the makers of a pharmaceutical recommended him. I will be sure to let them know that MD office refused him.

1 /5 Richard Gray: Extreme price gouging through inflated copays. Also required monthly office visit for prescriptions written every 90 days tripling copay costs. Tried to bill insurance company for unnecessary psychological tests. Well worth the time and effort to travel to San Diego for honest prescription administration.

1 /5 Terry Robins: Stevens has a disregard for patient health and safety by over prescribing addictive opiates for years and then abruptly reducing the dosage prescribed by 50%, and then 30 days later, stopping all medications causing this patient of his to suffer severe opiate withdrawal symptoms. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone

Ada Quevedo: Update: my mother also took the test there. This place is her pcp and it was covered by the insurance. They had her waiting outside in her car for over 30 minutes. Then, administered the test and told her to wait in the car for the doctor. We waited for another 30 minutes only for the doctor to come out and tell her that she had to go home and wait two days. We were under the impression that we would get results then and there. They hire a bunch of unqualified, unprofessional, and rude employees. The receptionists are incredibly rude and lazy. Janira and Diana don’t answer the phone even when there are no patients inside. When asked about coverage they said it wasn’t their job and that I should call me insurance to see if they cover the service requested or not. “My supervisor said that if you are not a patient from this clinic that your insurance provider might cover it but if it doesn’t then you have to pay $180 cash today.” Then she refused to figure out if it was covered or not. I asked her how I would know if I had to pay cash today or not (I was already at the health center ready to get services) and she said I had to call. That’s as if I went to a store to ask if I have to pay nor or later and they tell you to call their corporate to ask and find out. Idiotic. Additionally, they took my details “for my chart”. Hopefully they do not try and bill my insurance with false claims that they administered services. Note: i did end up calling my insurance and they asked me if there was a receptionist or nurse there because these were questions they call and ask for.

Stephanie Palomares: Dr. Bui or however you spell it is a horrible Cardiologist. Blamed my mom for her heart problem when she couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her. Was saying “you have cancer” as if that was part of her job. Going back & forth with her about the same diagnosis saying she wants to know what the problem was & why she keeps having the same complications. There has been many other patients complaining for the same reason. I have an audio on her & how she says that she won’t care about her patient if her patient doesn’t care about themselves when my mom does everything possible to take care of herself

I went inside the office and told them how I was feeling and immediately I was surrounded by medical staff, everyone was trying to help me out. My truck had died and I was pushing it myself then I was surprised when they all came out to help, even offered me water. They let me use their phone that means a lot and I truly appreciate it because nowadays nobody really wants to help anyone out and you girls were willing to help me out willingly without me even asking you... THANK YOU SO MUCH I really wasnt having good day but what you girls did for me changed that gracias alrato cuando pueda les llevo un cafecito elado o algo.

Elisa Sanchez: The worse Dr. if you want Primary care doctor that cares about your loved one. This isn’t the doctor you want. If you need him to help you with your loved one he refuses to get involved. Or just simply follow up to see how the patient is doing while hospitalize. In my 25 years in the Medical Field I never had a doctor say “ I can’t help “. As the primary care doctor it’s his job. But to him your just a number unfortunately. Stay away from this doctor because when you really need him to help you find out how your loved one is doing. Especially Right now with the COVID crisis and the hospitals not allowing any visitors this doctor will shut you down. Heartless doctor! But someday Karma will come And I hope it’s soon. Dr Estrada remember what comes around goes around !!!
