My father understands himself in this place and it has been a long sum of inconsistencies, lack of attention, follow-up and formality.
Enormous waiting periods without explanation, zero empathy and even shamelessness on the part of the collaborators as if they were treating patients by force or for free.
And at reception, not to mention, they always receive the public with a bad attitude and do not give feedback when people come in sick and vulnerable. The staff abuse this situation and their attitude is malicious with no human sense and nothing professional.
Therefore, it should be clarified that the compassionate treatment that they mention in their description DOES NOT EXIST.
THEY ARE NOT RESPECTFUL, NOR EMPATHIC, NOR HUMAN.
They are idiots!
And what are they going to answer?
Let them mark a no. who doesnt even respond to "try to fix the situation"?
They have terrible organization, causing the patient to waste time and resources, they make them return, they do not take calls, they misplace information as well as documents.
Formally mediocre and poor service.
They are simply an insult to any intelligence and any level of tolerance.
They think they are doing people a favor and they are very wrong. They provide a disgusting service for which they are paid by the way.
What proceeds here is to make a complaint directly to the area on which they depend and also to the state health directorate.
