5 /5 Karin Bassford: Fantastic staff! We had stopped coming here in the past because the nurse who was always here was horribly mean and had no tact or bedside manner. The staff her now that she is gone is absolutely fantastic! We are so glad we can come back here and feel taken care of. This place is amazing. Always such a pleasant and quick experience.

1 /5 Keely Kline: The front desk person who checked me in was great and super friendly. The wait time was great, less than 15 minutes. That being said, the person who took my vitals and tested me was very unprofessional and negligent. When writing my symptoms down she put a few and then told me she didn’t need anymore. When taking my blood pressure she went to use the blue cuff and I notified her that doctors typically use the red one since the blue is too small. She said it is fine and then put the blue cuff around my elbow to take my blood pressure. Once the doctor arrived I asked if this reading provides an accurate reading and she said no. I requested it be redone due to having high blood pressure and was taking decongestants. When she came back she turned the screen away from me and when it was done she just stared and did not tell me the reading. My husband ended up needing to tell me. Also I feel that she did not do a good swab for strep throat because it came back negative and once I got it redone at the ER the next day it came back positive. Also the nurse at the ER said that a good swab would make you gag which did not happen at urgent care. I notified the facility of my complaint over a week ago and have not heard anything from them.

5 /5 Talal Malki: Excellent and professional staff. I didnt have an appointment. I just walked in around 8:10 am Saturday morning because I was feeling sick., they took me at and I only had to wait like five minutes before they started taking my vitals. They tested me immediately for covid and flu. A few minutes later, the doctor saw me, talk to me. And, ask me a few questions. Then he informed me of my test results and gave me the proper medications. I had to pay a reasonable copay at the beginning of the visit because I have magical insurance, then I left to go to the pharmacy and get my medication. Im very happy with Hoag urgent care and recommend it to everybody.

He was exceptionally caring, provided very thoughtful recommendations and the medication I needed for my health concern. It was so refreshing to meet you, Doctor Barbee!
