3 /5 Nafiseh Jafari: Dr. Shida Saams office is well-equipped with comprehensive testing options, from blood work and urine tests to pap smears and EKGs, which made it convenient to get everything done in one visit. However, I felt the consultation itself was rushed. Dr. Saam spoke with me briefly, and with the door open, which made the conversation feel less private. I was hoping she’d come back to address some other health concerns, but she didn’t return, which left me feeling disappointed. Although the office is efficient, I wish there had been more focus on patient interaction and care.
