Nova OuYang I am absolutely outraged and appalled by the service provided by the front desk at this clinic. My eldest son is currently in the process of legally changing his last name—a complicated and lengthy legal procedure that takes anywhere from 6 to 12 months, if not longer. Before moving to this city, we were always treated with understanding and respect regarding our familys situation, whether it was in Hawaii, Texas, or even at my sons school. However, the experience we had with the front desk at this clinic was nothing short of shocking and infuriating. The front desk staff had the audacity to express "curiosity" about why my husband and son have different last names, and proceeded to ask a barrage of irrelevant and deeply offensive personal questions: "Why is the last name different? Is he a stepson? Is he adopted? Is he not your biological child?" These questions were shamelessly asked over the phone on speaker, with my son right next to us. My husband made it clear that my sons biological father had passed away due to kidney failure, and that we are in the process of changing his last name, and we did not want to discuss this matter further. Yet, the front desk staff, in an appalling display of insensitivity and unprofessionalism, admitted that she was "just curious"! What kind of professional behavior is this? The front desk has no business treating a patient’s personal life as fodder for their own curiosity and gossip. To make matters worse, the front desk called us back later to inform us that she had discussed our private family matters with her "supervisor" or colleagues and suggested that I sign some kind of consent form. This is not just a blatant violation of our privacy; it’s an outrageous breach of patient confidentiality and basic human decency! We had already clarified that our insurance coverage was in order, yet she felt compelled to spread our personal information around like it was some kind of gossip to be shared. As a mother, I am furious and deeply hurt by the front desk’s behavior. Simply because my son’s last name currently differs from the rest of the family, the front desk saw fit to treat us with such blatant discrimination and disrespect, to the point of invading our privacy. I seriously question whether the staff here have any sense of professional ethics or basic humanity! This kind of ignorance and rudeness is absolutely unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.

Marilyn Wight Dr Paskil is so kind and caring. He put me at ease, which is hard to do when your patient is a 91 year old worry wart! Im so glad that I have such a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor looking after me.

DAPHINY Dr Lee has been my Primary Care Doctor for many years. Hes wonderful, caring and is very smart, knows very having to do with being a doctor. Julie McClintock Dr Lilly Singh is one of the good ones. (My mom is a lung transplant recipient so as her caregiver, I have seen hundreds of doctors, specialists, nurses, etc and I can spot a diamond in the rough very fast.) Dr Singh’s bedside manner is wonderful. She’s a great listener, very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and she radiates positive energy. I would recommend her to anyone in need of an OBGYN in OC. Lucky to have found her!

The first few appointments weren’t my favorite because I felt like we were all trying to get to know each other and we, my boyfriend and I, were also trying to figure out if we wanted to continue driving all the way to Irvine/Laguna from HB. But after a couple of months, I started to get more comfortable and it was like she’s been my doctor for years. The drive is worth it. The staff is also so kind and welcoming! 10/10 recommend Dr. Singh as your OBGYN

María Del Carmen Sepúlveda This facility has the best customer service and care team that I have experienced in my 50 years of health professionals and this includes Military facilities, state side and abroad, I am 66 years old and I definitely recommend this facility for all your medical needs. I saw Dr. Michael L Krychman and he is the best gynecologist I have ever seen because he really cares about one’s concerns and wellbeing. I also saw the imaging department and they too are extremely supportive and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this facility!

Olivia Jun Thanks to the comfortable environment and friendly staff, every visit during my pregnancy was a pleasant and relaxing experience. My doctor, Dr. Kong, patiently answered all my questions and took the time to provide thorough and attentive care. Since she is widely known for her exceptional skills, her schedule was always fully booked, which meant I had to travel between Irvine and Laguna. Despite that minor inconvenience, I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Tyler Phillips-Banos Dr. Kerry Price is an amazing OBGYN she was with me for my entire 1st pregnancy journey. She made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to see her once a year for check ups. Highly recommend her, as her energy is unmatched.

Karin Bassford Fantastic staff! We had stopped coming here in the past because the nurse who was always here was horribly mean and had no tact or bedside manner. The staff her now that she is gone is absolutely fantastic! We are so glad we can come back here and feel taken care of. This place is amazing. Always such a pleasant and quick experience.

Keely Kline The front desk person who checked me in was great and super friendly. The wait time was great, less than 15 minutes. That being said, the person who took my vitals and tested me was very unprofessional and negligent. When writing my symptoms down she put a few and then told me she didn’t need anymore. When taking my blood pressure she went to use the blue cuff and I notified her that doctors typically use the red one since the blue is too small. She said it is fine and then put the blue cuff around my elbow to take my blood pressure. Once the doctor arrived I asked if this reading provides an accurate reading and she said no. I requested it be redone due to having high blood pressure and was taking decongestants. When she came back she turned the screen away from me and when it was done she just stared and did not tell me the reading. My husband ended up needing to tell me. Also I feel that she did not do a good swab for strep throat because it came back negative and once I got it redone at the ER the next day it came back positive. Also the nurse at the ER said that a good swab would make you gag which did not happen at urgent care. I notified the facility of my complaint over a week ago and have not heard anything from them.

Laura Gunn Ive had a really wonderful experience with MindPath in the past several months. I became a patient of Dr Ji after a particularly challenging year of my life that included my fathers sudden death. The empathy, kindness and expertise that Dr Ji has shown me has been unparalleled, and I have felt immensely supported as a patient of his. I always feel incredibly validated, listened to, trusted and valued not only as a patient but as a person, and his empathetic and caring work style should be a model for other psychiatrists.

Kelley Squires I love it and I love my practitioners however there is no way to get a hold of anyone except for during your appointment like I can’t talk to my provider or send a message or anything. I have to relay it to the front desk and they will talk to them. There’s no real way to email either

Marcella Martin Dr Steindler has been my physician for many years. I live in the Inland Empire and travel 45 miles because he’s so knowledgeable, and he takes the time to go over my issues, medical options etc with me. He never rushes you and treats you like you’re family. Most knowledgeable and compassionate Dr I’ve ever known. I’ll travel anywhere to see him. Staff is great too.

Sanda Hnatjuk Bahic Dr Steindler is the best Dr I have ever seen, he takes time to listen, he is not rushing the patient, he had focus and went above and beyond to make sure that nothing is missed, even symptoms that look not significant to me. He is pleasant, professional, compassionate and resourceful, I felt confident and well taking care of. I would recommend him to my family and closest to me.

Marina Zemskaia I am very pleased to have found such a great therapist. I really appreciate it when the doctor is attentive and explains my diagnosis and instructions in detail. I have been coming here for about two years, and I am very satisfied with everything. I use PPO insurance, and whenever I need referrals for diagnostics or analyses, I can easily get them here. I am also very happy with the quality of cosmetic services offered. If you are unsure or hesitant about getting procedures like Botox, I can confidently recommend this place. The facility is clean, the staff is polite, and it’s always possible to reach them by phone during working hours.

Jody Lee As this company has grown the care for human pain, suffering, & time has become completely nonexistent. Specialist take months sometimes 6+ to get appointments for then they get canceled because that doctor no longer works there. Then you get a new doctor after seeing fill ins & nurse practitioners & you show up to your appointment to be told sorry we forgot to call you to tell you he isnt in today. For a year my husband & I have been going through this. I think its time to find a new system to try & fight through because after a year we fill especially with his care we have made zero progress & he just keeps getting worse because there doesnt seem to be a doctor available to treat him. St Joseph Heslth should be ashamed of themselves. When my doctor joined them back in the 90s the care was still the same high level & standard as a private doctors office. However as this network has grown it has become worse than Kaiser.

Susana Diaz This has been the worst experience trying to get a hold of anyone in this claims department. Terry S. was emailed on my behalf on the 13 of Nov. I didnt not hear from her till the 3rd of December. Unfortunately for me I was in the shower when she called. I called back 30 min after her call and have left roughly a message a day, she had even changed her voicemail since my initial call. This has been a horrifying/ frustrating experience trying to talking to billing . Unfortunately, everyone keeps point me to talk with Terry. My only choice at this point is to file a complaint with the hospital system, a grievance with the insurance and try to get a hold of someone up the ladder. I will definitely post the end result. One and half months later, After having a conference call with the ins. representative and a rep from the hospitals billing department. The call that the St. Joseph staff made to my ins was reviewed and upon reviewing it, it was determined that the ins rep did NOT approve the services for my son under our plan. Therefore the hospitals representative made an error in scheduling us for therapy. I eventually filed a letter of grievance with the hospital and my claim was forward to the billing department. The lead supervisor" Martin did reach out to me at this point in time . He listened to my concerns and was very clear and well spoken when responding. After some discussion, the issue was resolved in about 2 week time frame. I do have to say that the last two representatives from the billing department: Mayra and Martin, did respond to my calls and followed through when they informed me they would get back to me "such and such date". Unfortunately I did not hear back from Terry. Overall this was a costly error by the rep who performed my ins verification request for services. I do believe that this process could and should be reviewed for improvement. I do suggest that all patients keep their signed copies of the paperwork and all documentation. Upon signing, make sure you review under which terms you are agreeing to services ( remember its a binding contract). If they make a false claim in error, they are accountable. But you will need to provide that documentation.

Marjorie Bradley Coastal Fertility changed our lives. My husband and I struggled to have a baby for five years before we were referred to this practice. The people working there are so caring, supportive, and made us feel like we are in this together. I got pregnant on my second IVF attempt with Dr. Werlin and gave birth to our beautiful daughter in April. We are very grateful to the entire CF team for this incredible addition to our family. Highly recommended.

Maggie Medina Im a new patient, I called Dr. Hamiltons office to make an appointment but I was told that I couldnt get an appointment until I fill out some paperwork. I asked if I can make an appointment anyway and fill out the paperwork at my appointment and they said "NO, you have to fill the paperwork out first, then we will call you to make an appointment."! Its apparent that they care more about paperwork than actually helping people and making them feel better. With all these bad ratings that Ive see and my own personal experience with this doctors office...she (Dr. Hamilton) should lose her license and her practice due to the lack of care for peoples well being and sub par customer service. What a DISGRACE!

Teyebeh Malakoutian I have been a patient for years and love working with Alvin. Lately, they don’t answer phone calls, or call back. I was in the ER a few days ago wish severe foot pain and need a referral to my orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist and no one is calling me back. This office is not the same. Dr. Shawn Hamilton needs to get her office together.

Alison G Dr Molly Rossknecht has been treating my complicated migraines for several years. Besides being friendly and caring, she is indefatigable and doesnt settle for "some relief" as other neurologists have. Dr Molly helped me find the right medication regimen and performed the best nerve blocks Ive ever had, bar none. She always goes above and beyond.

Kimberly Wiig Dr. Molly Rossknecht was kind, but unfortunately we felt that she was underqualified to be charging $500 for one consultation, given her level of experience and the lack of resolution of my husband’s migraine pain. She asked a lot of questions, then explained different types of migraines, then was unclear about the treatment plan. She mentioned our time constraint (one hour appointment) several times, and then ended up prescribing a steroid taper. Ultimately we left feeling confused (and frustrated that we spent $500 for nothing). We wouldn’t recommend this headache “specialist”.
