1 /5 Kat Nguyen: I went to the urgent care with a bacterial sinus infection symptoms which I have communicated with my provider. The provider was very quick to do an “exam” and prescribed Prednisone. I asked for an antibiotic but the provider said it was a viral infection and didn’t need to be treated with antibiotics. Three days later I have made another appointment, made sure to communicate it was a follow up, because my symptoms got severely worse and got prescribed antibiotics. I still got charged for the follow up visit and I disputed it through the portal. I never got an answer but the bill came in the mail. My personal experience was bad and I will not be going back.
