5 /5 P KJ: Check in was easy, plenty of seating for everyone. We were brought in promptly and the doctor was right on time. No waiting! Dr. Benson. He explained everything, what happened, and listened patiently to every question we had, and took time to answer thoroughly. He was very friendly, had a sense of humor, which helped in this situation considering how broken my foot was. Also, for the follow up appointment, he mentioned a different doctor maybe assigned to me. That concerned me and he asked me what my concern was, and he addressed it well enough that I agreed it would be OK for me to see the other doctor. Also, as he had already stood up and was getting ready to leave, I thought of another question and he stopped, turned around and sat back down and patiently listened to my question and answered it thoroughly, again! I am very impressed, thank you so much, Dr. Benson!
By the time I left the exam room, I already had a follow up appointment pinging on my cell phone. My next stop was the cast room, and young gentleman by the name of Chris was super friendly, and accommodating. Again, having a great sense of humor and his calm and friendly demeanor helped put me and my husband at ease. He made the entire casting process painless and actually enjoyable with the conversation he led.
