Adria Gaebrialla: It is nice to have everything so conveniently located! I can see my doctor, then if needed, I can go across the hallway and get x-rays or get some diagnostic imaging.
The staff is very efficient and helpful, and Im so happy my doctor has moved to this location, so close to my house. The physicians assistants are also excellent as are the nurses. And its convenient to be so close to stores and restaurants so I can group my errands.
I am a long time patient of Dignity health, and highly recommend them and this office.
The Future Is Cheap Now: Very busy here but employees are great. We hit the pharmacy first then mistakenly went to another building because we had the wrong department. Employees were very helpful. Parking is very full but people are constantly coming and going.
Georgia George: I have been to this Sutter Walk-In Care location for two separate health needs. Each time I have been extremely satisfied and pleased with the care from the medical personnel. These centers are an excellent addition to the Sutter Health program.
Valerie Justice: I have been a patient at this Sutter Walk-in Clinic for about 5 years. I come in a few times a year. I like it very much: I am greeted, the staff move very quickly, I see a Nurse Practitioner. Everyone is kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
Janet Watson: Very rude receptionist and lied to me. Also they claim to be taking new patients and that’s a lie also. They say they take Cigna insurance and I waited a week to get an appointment so I called back after I never received a call back, like I was told I would. The rude receptionist tells me they don’t take new patients with Cigna. She could have told me that when I first called so I could have looked for a different doctor instead of waiting. Makes me wonder if the Doctors are aware of how their receptionist is treating people. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I couldn’t post this without a star!
