1 /5 Janet Watson: Very rude receptionist and lied to me. Also they claim to be taking new patients and that’s a lie also. They say they take Cigna insurance and I waited a week to get an appointment so I called back after I never received a call back, like I was told I would. The rude receptionist tells me they don’t take new patients with Cigna. She could have told me that when I first called so I could have looked for a different doctor instead of waiting. Makes me wonder if the Doctors are aware of how their receptionist is treating people. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I couldn’t post this without a star!

1 /5 Eli Powell: Easily the worst medical group I have ever worked with. They will advertise online and through insurance companies that you can go to them.And then when you call them, they will tell you that they will only accept certain people with certain hmo plans that have been pre assigned to them. Doctor s offices are supposed to help people not try to make money. Then when I tried to plead my case and tell them how I didnt think it was fair. The rude office lady said she wasnt gonna argue with me and was about to hang up on me before I hung up on her. This is not serving people or trying to help others. Last I heard doctors take a oath to help people not turn them away. Natasha at this office should be fired.

5 /5 Candice Tuazon: I am really pleased with the professional and kind care of Dr. Vaughan. The last time I brought my 2-yr-old son in to see him, he didn’t just quickly identify what was wrong but he also made friends with my boy and even sang him a song! I thought that was a nice touch. I’m really thankful to have Dr. Vaughan as my and my son’s provider.
