Bob W I like UC Davis health and I like most of my interactions with most of my providers there, but the frustration level in dealing with this screwed up organization is really getting to me. For example, this morning, it took 40 minutes to make an appointment for my wife and I to get COVID booster shots. Customer service representatives seem untrained and there seems to be no systems to make things work smoothly. There was a problem with a prescription and I tried to communicate with someone there on My Chart, but no joy. Its just constantly frustrating dealing with them. I am using Sutter more and more. They are organized and appear to know how to run their company, something that I cant say for UC Davis Health.
