    Janet Watson: Very rude receptionist and lied to me. Also they claim to be taking new patients and that’s a lie also. They say they take Cigna insurance and I waited a week to get an appointment so I called back after I never received a call back, like I was told I would. The rude receptionist tells me they don’t take new patients with Cigna. She could have told me that when I first called so I could have looked for a different doctor instead of waiting. Makes me wonder if the Doctors are aware of how their receptionist is treating people. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I couldn’t post this without a star!

    Kyndrah Carson: Chapa De is the most amazing place with the most amazing staff. There is no other place like it. I continue to be impressed with the care and services I receive here. They have done so much for me in these past 2yrs- more than any other Dr., therapist, psychiatrist, nutritionist...has ever done for me in my entire 36 yrs of living. I am so blessed and thankful to Chapa De and everyone that works there.

    Bob W: I like UC Davis health and I like most of my interactions with most of my providers there, but the frustration level in dealing with this screwed up organization is really getting to me. For example, this morning, it took 40 minutes to make an appointment for my wife and I to get COVID booster shots. Customer service representatives seem untrained and there seems to be no systems to make things work smoothly. There was a problem with a prescription and I tried to communicate with someone there on My Chart, but no joy. Its just constantly frustrating dealing with them. I am using Sutter more and more. They are organized and appear to know how to run their company, something that I cant say for UC Davis Health.
