5 /5 Ken S: I had the best experience at Eisenhower primary care at Rimrock today. The entire staff was wonderful and accommodating from check-in to check out, everything went quickly and smoothly. Dr. Schiessl and nurse John were awesome!

3 /5 Tracy Sear: I wish Dr. Mondino hadnt had to leave Eisenhower, but Dr. Azhar is wonderful. I wish the same could be said for the organization. Please either staff this location properly or or provide better training for your employees.

5 /5 Heath Baker: Ive had nothing but great interaction at this location, both in person and virtually. The medical staff is great. Even when I dont appear in person and need something virtually, they are quick to answer and always help give me the answers I need or point me in the direction I need, to find the answers Im looking for. I would like to list specific people, but I fear I will miss some and fail to include them all - everyone so far has been excellent.

3 /5 Bergeron Daryl (He/Him): I would give a five-star review, but I had to drop two for very bad communication. Ive been seeing my primary care doc at the Rimrock office for four years now. And it never fails that when I am given instructions at the end of my appointment, they seem to always fail to provide all details. Like giving me lab work orders but not telling me to wait until 10 days before my next appointment before having them done. Or not letting me know that I need to call them to let them know where I am having my labs done so they can fax the orders to them. Communication via MyChart is also bad. Ive sent messages to them without getting any response. And sometimes even though I get a response, they instructions/answers are ambiguous.

1 /5 Cassandra King-Zinnen: Absolutely terrible customer service at this facility. The manager was condescending and very rude. She barked at me in front of other customers, which was completely inappropriate,and said Dr. FARNAZEH denied my appointment that I had waited patiently for 4 months for because I was 15 minutes late due to icy roads up in Idyllwild. I even called prior to let them know I was on my way and that I was dealing with dangerous roads. No human kindness what so ever and basically argued with me even after I said I would let all the other patients currently waiting go ahead of me since I was late. What happened to caring for humans here,
