1 /5 Viviana Osorio: Went in for coffin nails and came out with square nails. From the get go I should’ve seen the RED FLAGS! The place was alone with only one person (the manicurist) there, when she started on my nails she hurt me a couple of times burning me with the drill. When she was applying the acrylic it was so runny and lumpy , after the application it started burning my actual nails, maybe the type of acrylic they use. I wouldn’t recommend this place , I used to come here a long time ago with (Misa, the owner) amazing manicurist and the nails were always beautiful but this time I was super disappointed with the shape & nails itself. I think she knew the kind of job she did cause she only charged me $55 so she knew the terrible job that was done on me. I was also looking for a cosmetology licensing and none were available or visible for the public , makes me wonder if she was even license to do this work.
