5 /5 Kimberly Go: I had a really unfortunate gel x experience at a different nail salon and came to Sf nail bar to get them fixed. I showed Jenny couple photos of what I wanted and Jenny fixed my nails so fast and made sure I liked the shape and the color after each coat. I’m so happy with my nails and the price was so reasonable! Will definitely be a returning customer.

1 /5 Mason Lewcun: Soo no one informed me that the deluxe manacure didnt include gel was charged extra for that. The lady cut my cuticle and the ombrre is very uneaven and not very clean left my cuticles dirty and stained as well. 48 dollar seluxe manacure turned into 87 dollars for a sub par job. They should have mentioned the charges prior to the service. They are also already chipping after 24 hours.

5 /5 MR Ronnow-Benton: we had such a great experience! i booked for three people, and we got there a little early but they were able to start with us right away! i love that we got to sit in comfy chairs the whole time. we were from out of town, but if we were locals i’d definitely be going back!

1 /5 Saakshi Gupta: DO NOT GO FOR GEL MANICURES! First time here and multiple finger nails were peeling within 8 days so I called them and gave them a chance to fix it. When I went in, they said gel only lasts 7 days and after 7 days they charge to fix the nail. They said something about water causing it to peel (I mean… I take the same number of showers as the average person). Since it’s the 8th day, they told me it’s going to be $5 per nail to fix their botched gel manicure. So, get this - I originally paid $36 plus $7 tip for the gel manicure. NOW I have to pay more than the original price if SF NAILS were to fix the nails, within just a week of the original service. Cmon guys, as someone who gets their nails done every month I know that good gel manicure lasts 3 weeks. Do right by your clients and fix the few nails, and have yourselves a happy repeat customer - they lost a customer right here in their neighborhood. Unfortunately, afterwards I found out through other reviews that their gel manicures have been peeling for others too which is not cool. That said, I am all for giving businesses second chances if they remedy the situation, so happy to chat with the owner if they reach out.
