It felt like the service was rushed, as though someone jumped in to quickly finish it. My cuticle was accidentally cut, causing it to bleed, and the polish was applied thinly, leaving it see-through. The last time I visited, I was made to wait about 30 minutes because no one was available, even though I had a scheduled appointment. It’s unclear why to make online appointments and receive confirmations if no one is ready when you come.
