They took me in immediately and gave me x-rays and it turned out. I had pneumonia. They gave me antibiotics and I am happy to say I am on the road to recovery.
This urgent care is in and out. The staff is very nice and caring. It is very clean. I highly recommend this location.
Emergency Room at Dignity Health - St. Bernardine Medical Center - San Bernardino Vic: Im not one to normally leave negative reviews for medical facilities/providers however, our experience with St.Bernardines was so horrific, that I felt a need to warn people about the risk they take when coming to their emergency room.
Tonight at 12am, I took my partner to the ER room as he was in severe abdominal pain. After a quick check in and standard health check ups, they provided some medication and injection to provide relief. Around 2am after some waiting, my partner started getting very thirsty as his current medications and other disabilities require him to have water at certain intervals as otherwise, his dehydration causes severe side effects. When I spoke to the front desk and other nurses, they claimed they couldnt provide water as they said it would interfere with potential treatment or, if he needed surgery, would interfere with said procedure.
As more time went on, around 3am, my partner started getting more dehydrated and desperately needed water. I asked all staff if they could provide him some and all refused. It got to the point where one of the nurses told us that if we got any type of water that they would refuse to provide him service, threatened that his Medical provider would refuse to pay for the service and told me that if I got him water that I would risk the chance of him potentially dying.
To say that the scenario was shocking and appalling is a major understatement. Because of how awful this got and my partners desperate need for water, we decided to walk away and head to another ER facility for treatment. In comparison to St.Bernardines, the Redlands community hospital ER room indicated that what we through was inhumane, unethical, and unprofessional and allowed my partner to have water understanding his needs and making us understand that water could potentially change his result outcome. The service at Redlands was a complete 180 and provided us with answers, treatment, and an actual diagnosis than St.Bernardines.
No one should ever experience the level of anxiety we went through tonight. This is a warning for anyone that is considering coming to St.Bernadines to please look at other facilities if the matter is urgent. We will looking to file a complaint with the CDPH so that the situation is exposed and other victims can come forward about their experience at this awful facility.
Primary Care Medical Group of Inland Empire - San Bernardino Eva Callejas: The front desk Lady took me in right away with no hesitate. The Dr and the staff are so friendly. Im so lucky and bless to get to stop by here and ask for more information after been turning away from other clinic because I just move from LA and my insurance. Thank you Dr Arora and the Staff. I highly recommend this clinic.
SAC Health System - San Bernardino Jackeline Santana: Their primary care doctors are negligent. I was sick for more than three months (I’m still suffering from the symptoms of the illness) and when telling my primary care doctor my symptoms he told me there was nothing he could do until I was vaccinated with my Covid booster and flu shot. I got both and still was sick. i went back and he refused to send me to a specialist and told me to keep taking cough medicine and home remedies. It wasn’t until i passed out from rib and chest pain and was in the ER when I was diagnosed with Pneumonia as well as inflammation in the lungs. The ER Doctor showed me my x ray and asked me why have I not seen my primary care doctor sooner. I explain to her my situation and was she completely shocked and concerned on why a doctor would have allowed a patient to take tough medication for so long. Please advocate for yourself when you’re at the doctors. I honestly wished I had someone to help me as the primary care doctor was intimidating and completely undermined my health.
Unicare Community Health Center - San Bernardino - San Bernardino Naomi Acosta: I currently had an appointment to be seen at the clinic. I waited there for 20 min and asked how much longer it would be and they told me I was next. As I watched everyone being seen, I asked again how much longer and they told me there was 4 people ahead of me. Whats going on? Is the clinic so unorganized that they have no clue what they are doing?
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center - Colton Jordan Lopez: Hi guys, so I was in the hospital for about 4 days in January and let me tell you guys how horrible I felt being in there. I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes from that hospital since I had a glucose of 318mg and staff was great just it took them 3-4 days to figure out what type I was until the last day of getting discharged they said I am T1D. They kept taking out so much blood from me and doing tests to see if the insulin they were running would work on me and let me tell you.. that was a NIGHTMARE! I kept asking the doctors and nurses “what type am I “ and they didn’t know what I had so that gave me a curiosity to get a 2nd opinion so I left the country and saw a endocrinologist and they did blood work on me , studied me and turns out I am type 2 diabetic after getting the news I was in shock. I’m 25 years old and I never had symptoms as a kid nor teenager of diabetes neither does my family have a history of diabetes and until this day my sugars have been controlled without insulin and been changing my lifestyle of eating habits to pursue better health. I would recommend going to Loma Linda if you are a diabetic or see a diabetic endocrinologist if you have symptoms of diabetes.
Redlands Community Hospital - Redlands Anthony Mistretta: I was there for three week, years ago and had the best treatment I could ask for. This week my wife was admitted. On 2100, the Doctors, Nurses, Kitchen help, everyone involved were absolutely great. I couldnt say one negative thing.
