1 /5 Rosalba Rebolledo: Bad attitude and attention on patients, looks like they collect money from the Insurance doing nothing. My parent suffer a lot of pain when they do the procedure and he tell the nurse in charge but she ignores him. Dialysis looks like perfect for Doctors business.

1 /5 Joanna Thinnes: This is the worst, most deceitful company that I have Ever had the misfortune to deal with!! They were forced onto me when Riverside Physicians Network opted to no longer cover the area of my doctors office. They act as if they are my health insurance carrier but they are Not. They sent me a notice that they had assigned me to one of their doctors and set an appointment. I called to explain I would Not be changing doctors for any reason and to never do that again. I have repeatedly .told them to stop calling. I block every number and report them to spam. They even sent me a Fecal Test kit unsolicited!! Tomorrow I will be reporting them to both the BBB and the FCC for ignoring my Do Not Call listing. My doctor absolutely hates them, as do all her patients. Something needs to be done to stop the non stop onslaught of unwanted attention!!

1 /5 Stephen Adams: Regal Medical Group reflects very poorly on United Healthcare . They promote medical screenings by enticing you to get them with promises of gift cards if you complete a series of screenings and fax the completed form to them. The first year, they sent me the form in November. Good luck trying to get appointments with different medical facilities in one months time! The second year their form was filled out and faxed to them as directed, and I never heard back from them. It was not so much the idea of not receiving the gift card, as it was that in so many instances they fail to follow through with their promises. I concluded getting the examinations were beneficial any way. Another of many instances of promises made and never kept by Regal is agreeing to an interview by them and being promised the "eternal gift card." Again, they failed to come through. With me it is not so much about receiving the promised gift card, as it is the perpetual dishonesty. My friends and family have repeatedly promoted the highest rated health care insurer in California, Kaiser Permanente. I think it is time to talk with them about switching health care providers. Do yourself a favor, look into them before signing up with a medical insurance provider that utilizes Regal Medical Group.

1 /5 Nancy Thompson: Today I am finally free from regal medical group (rmg). I had no idea what I was getting into by choosing a PCP in that group. I do not have any complaints about my Dr Gomez or his office. My physical condition has deteriorated since being with rmg. They have canceled my coverage Twice in the three months that I have been enrolled in that deceitful, fraudulent, lying group. They have taken the money allotted for my Care from AARP United Health Care but rmg has not used it for my physical therapy. They cancel my coverage the day before my appointment. They will re-instate my coverage in a week to 10 days. They have done this twice in two months. At the end of my third month they have re-enrolled me for coverage so they can get another bundle of money from AARP United health care to continue their FRAUD. Is there a LAWYER out there to take my case PLEASE!!!! I Need HELP!!!!!!!! Regal medical group needs to be put out of business. They are committing FRAUD!!!!!!!

1 /5 Bryan H: They changed my PCP without my consent!! Luckily my PCP let me know or else I wouldnt have been the wiser why my follow-up appointment was canceled. All they care about is money and not the patients.
