Betty Bennett: Lets see if this get posted? On Aug 14, 2018 at 1030am my Husband had a appointment with Dr. Shermen. He was not only unprofessional , but extremely Rude. And wanted to change my husbands heart medication without even reviewing his past medical history from his former ep cardiologist. He wrote a post and sure enough, it was never posted. I feel if this doctor did not want to see my husband for a consult, he should have said so and we would not of wasted either of our time. I have notified my husbands HMO and our family attorney concerning this matter. Lets see if this gets posted.

She listens, she cares, and she explains things in a way that makes sense (without making you feel like you need a medical degree to understand). Ive had a few issues but the more recent issue was the icing on the cake, when they billed me $50 to tell me my blood test results were of no concern. A less than 3 minute phone call. They gave me wrong information, and my insurance even called to figure it out. She told me shes never heard of an office not offering to put a hold on a bill before being sent to collections less than 6 months old. Just save yourself, this physicians office isnt worth the sneaky bills and they dont work with you at all.
