2 /5 A J (Arcadian): Scrolling through the reviews while waiting for the receptionist to set an appointment I believe 32 minutes now of waiting how bout a detailed voicemail so I can just come in to set appointment SAF and on top of that missed the call just a second prior to recalling dont think Ill be going to ampla

1 /5 Sherri Patrick: Do I have to pick how many stars? Cant I just give them a 0 rating? My PCP ordered me an EMG and Doppler Ultrasound. The EMG came back showing that I did NOT have Carpal Tunnel and my Ultrasound said that I had Peripheral Artery Disease. My PCP explained those results to me. After a vascular surgeon turned me away and refused to help me, I tried getting another appointment with my PCP, the nurse told me that my PCP said I needed to get a shot in my wrists for carpal tunnel first, then she will see me. What?!? Now my arms and hands are super purple, very very cold, intermittent numbness/pain and I drop everything! The psychiatrist is even worse. He prescribed me the wrong psych med not only once, not twice but 3 times! I even showed him my prescription bottles at my first visit. I was to see him every 3 months, my car broke down so my psychiatrist did a telehealth appointment with me. I told him that I need the correct medication. He first said he wasnt the one that prescribed the wrong one after arguing back and forth he finally admitted he did prescribe it. I asked him 3 times to repeat what he was prescribing and what does he do? Prescribed it wrong again. I called him and his nurse said that my psych said I needed to go into the office physically and urine test BEFORE he will give me the correct medication. I just had an appointment with him the week before. Again, What?!? The only good Dr. there is my Chiropractor. She is just wonderful. Needless to say, I really dont trust the doctors there.

1 /5 Suly Jaan: Worse place ever, I had paid them all my bill but they still reported to my credit and then later their accountant acknowledged that she was screwed. Horrible with appointments. If they keep you waiting in line for hours, no matter but you are late 5min, then you appointment is cancelled. I had virtual appointment, lady signed in me virtually and said doctor will call you right away. The doctor didn’t call for over an hour. I was running out of time, I had another appointment in my office. I had to call the Ampla front desk again and complain about why doctor is not calling? This place is absolutely horrible and irresponsible. The don’t have enough doctors and staff to handle the demand. I appreciate my primary care physician. She is phenomenal.
