5 /5 Allison Zieman: I had a wonderful experience with Sean Wu for my pulmonary function test. This review is more for him as someone who works at the center than the center itself. Sidenote: The person who checked me in was not great. For anyone who has not had a pulmonary function test, I found it very difficult to do. For me, the process started with an arterial blood draw. Sean very quickly and easily did it and I appreciated his willingness to draw from my preferred arm. For the pulmonary function test, Sean carefully explained every different test (there are several) and if I had to do the test over again because I struggled to do it, he was very patient and explained new ways to think about how to do the test. For example, one way included showing me what the results looked like and then letting me know what he needed to see for a good test. He also smartly gave me a nebulizer treatment after a few tests when it was pretty clear it was a tough breathing day for me. It was wonderful to have someone so patient and kind help me take a test that Id rather never have to do again if I could!
