Overall, this place staffs are in the same page as far as fast serviced, professional, honest, reasonable and excellent customer service.

1 /5 Bill: Call Simon. Clean shop, quick diagnostics & fast repair. Give him a try.... UPDATE: After spending almost 4k in 2 visits in 2023, struts & brakes. My brakes started squeeling. It was just under 10k since the brake job. I called Simon and he wouldnt even look at them without charging a $69.95 fee. If it was his fault he would waive this. What are the chances of this. ANY reputable shop would not treat a customer this way. He did the work and wont stand by it. Ive since taken it to 2 other places. Both found that the brakes work fine. The 2nd place discovered the pads are defective and need replacing. This is why the squeal. Be aware of the lack of customer care and work you can expect here at A&A
