1 /5 Justin Smith: DO NOT GO THERE!I! gave the $200 deposit for transmission work. I was told it would take 3 days. Every day I was told it will be ready tomorrow. They stop responding to my calls so I went to the shop to check on the status of my truck. They didnt even start working on it. I was able to get my truck but they wouldnt give me my deposit. That place is a joke. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THAT SHOP.

Kim Derek “Blustars LLC”: The owner (Middle Eastern?) had told me the price was at $150 and I had already signed an invoice showing the total price. I had come back an hour and half later only to be told hed now charge me $240. The only thing I had asked for was an oil change and a fuel filter change (all brought by me: fuel filter, oil filter, 12 qts of 15w-50). Once I disagreed and said Id have to get the cops involved he started saying hed take out my filter. Then proceeded to go into my vehicle after it was out of his shop and open the hood. I had to bring out my phone and start recording the heated interaction just for him to go back on my original price. First brought into the shop around 230 pm pst I returned around 430 pm pst to then face with this situation.

Fortress fighter: Some months back, I had my sienna in for routine maintenance regarding the sparkplugs. Them comes the time where I need to do a smog check only to fail it because one of the vacuum nipples on the air filter box had been broken and taped up. So I had to dish out another 60$ to get that fixed and another 20$ for a retest. That should be all right? Wrong! I now have multiple cylinder, misfires. Im never coming back here again. They are so lazy with their professionalism and ethics!

Jessica Lopez: So I went off reviews if you need something for you ac I wouldn’t go here he was Super friendly I thought ok from the reviews maybe someone I can bring my car to for my ac along with other things it was my fault I bought the wrong part so of course he charged me full prince to take off and put on bad part so when I got the good part, he did install it charge me another 150 and told me he had no Freon I had to wait but the Freon was gonna be extra so I bought my own Freon and now my AC goes on sometimes and sometimes the cold air shuts off, I called him back told him my problem and he said it’s better. I take it to somebody else made it seem like he knew what he was doing from the beginning but now he can’t help me because the part does not stay on so altogether I paid $370 for him to install my part and it not to work so sad this didn’t work out but I don’t want this to happen to somebody else! Beware!!!!!!
