1 /5 kelsey griffin: Took my moms car there and the “mechanic” told me I needed to buy a new alternator TWICE and that was the reason for coolant dropping out the bottom of my car….turns out when they were replacing the alternator the first time, they unplugged my radiator fan and somehow forgot to plug it back in. Just blows my brain a certified mechanic can watch the coolant literally drain out the bottom of someone’s car, look under the hood, and still not see the fan they unplugged was still unplugged. I believe they were trying to get me for my money because when I asked him why this was happening, he said he needed to speak to my grandfather and not me. Feels like a misogynistic scam artist.
