joel colombero Leo, was so kind and his service was fast and efficient. I just went over on the 90 days to register my car with a light inspection and had to run a second. Leo was nice enough to discount it for me since I had already used his service previously.

Mar Med Id give this place more than 5 if I could. Not only because of their upfront reasonable prices, but because they are very quick, accommodating, & very pleasant to deal with. I came for Brake & Lamp Certificates of Compliance. While waiting there, I checked my emails & got one from my insurer, letting me know that they need their own "Certified Mechanic Statement" form, to be filled out by an ASE certified mechanic, which they are. I asked Leo if I could forward the form to him so he can print & fill it out for me. He was so nice & opened his email so he could print the form & fill it up. All this extra steps he did so willingly. Not a second did he make me feel uncomfortable for asking him to do this extra step. Even if this was my 1st time to go to this repair shop, both Leo & Javier made me feel comfortable because of their service with a smile. I highly recommend them. They made my day, I came home feeling Ive accomplished more than what I had expected to! Thanks Leo & Javier!

Courtney Warren I had a great experience with Toral Auto! We took our minivan to Miguel for repairs, including to replace the radiator and struts. He got the work done fast, and at a very fair price. When I picked up the car, he opened it up and showed me everything. Its been a couple weeks and so far so good! Car is running great! Miguel is friendly and easy to work with. He provided a detailed professional quote ahead of the work. The repairs are under warranty, and hes part of a network in the Bay Area so that the car can be taken to a number of places if there are any issues (I dont anticipate there will be). Note: the shop doesnt have its own customer parking, besides the garages where the work is done. Its squeezed between two other shops, so if Miguel sees you when you arrive, he may have you pull in front of the driveway--otherwise street parking is available.

Siddhanth Dhodhi Forget all other mechanics and come here. He is simply the most honest man to work with. For simple diagnostics he didnt charge a fee ( most places wont talk without a fee ). My check engine light was on and he called it exactly as he saw it. Reset the lights ( because it was a glitch, nothing was wrong ). He said he was just happy to help everyone with their card, didnt ask for anything. I also had an oil change to get done. He gave me an honest price for an oil change and I just had to go with him on the spot. Going to come back here for all my auto needs. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. Thanks Miguel..

Sukhpreet Long story short, my car started overheating and thankfully I found this spot! Havent come across a mechanic like this in about 10 years. pretty much all want to charge you just to talk and even after most dont even use the diagnostic fee toward repairs. Thats crazy. I found Total Auto Care and called and spoke to Miguel who said there is no diagnostic fee unless he has to do special tests, in which case he could use these fees toward any repairs. I arrived and I met with Miguel, who was fire! He visually inspected my motor and gave me a few suggestions that completely slipped my mind. My car is running perfectly now thanks to Total Auto Car and Miguel!

Christina Jain Really happy I found this shop. Knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. When I took my Subaru into A+ Japanese Auto Repair to get looked at, they charged me $250, kept the car for an entire day, then told me they couldnt figure out why my car was making sounds but that I should schedule a $3k repair. When I called Kunos, the staff made an educated guess on the phone based on the symptoms I described, explained the reason why it was advisable to repair the car, and offered a $2k repair. Got the repair done and the car now drives better than when we first bought it used ✨.

Dominic Youssef H&H automotive are the best in the business. They are all so friendly and they value their customers. The service they provide is excellent and they know what they are doing. They work hard and are very honest. It takes me over 30 minutes to drive here but it is so worth it. John is such a nice person. Betty Liu Highly recommend this place! John is very friendly, responsive and attentive to details. I first went there for a mysterious engine light. He fixed it in no time and took the time to explain the diagnostics. I was referred to John by a friend and have since referred this place to others as well. My friend also went there for a regular service at a very affordable price and John even kindly cleaned his lights that had been dirty forever.

Im not using the spot as public parking, but youre not educated enough to read the CA laws. I parked at 5:15pm, and the call was at 5:35pm, but I see that from this scam, you’re surviving, affecting other people like me, who is a health provider for kids with autism, but I will not hesitate to move forward and place this under investigation. BE CAREFUL with this scam. My car was illegally towed. The building manager has an agreement with this place (maybe for a commission), and they charged for a whole day when my car only stayed there for less than 10 minutes. My car wasnt blocking any entrance. This Hispanic lady was pretty mean. Im pretty sure it is not regulated because they want the payment on Zelle to avoid paying taxes or because they are illegally working there. Predatory towing occurs when tow trucks and companies use a “spotter” who calls the tow truck to initiate a tow. Although it is generally not illegal, it is often morally wrong. “The California Vehicle Code outlines conditions for lawful towing from private property. Property owners or their agents must provide explicit authorization, except in situations like blocking an entrance or fire lane.”
