Sol D Professional and honest work. We brought our car for an oil change, and Bernie did an excellent job. He went above and beyond. We almost had it done at Evans tire down the street because we had a coupon. We are so glad we didn’t. They wanted to change the oil pan and it wasn’t even necessary. Again, thank you Bernie and 1st stop car care.

Kevin Westover You know its difficult to find someone you trust and even harder a mechanic. Your life and if you have kids, in my case, are in there hands. I found Angel and Jesus the owners of the shop, no employees, the most professional workers. They will take there time to describe the issue and listen to your questions and concerns. I just sat here for 2 hours and watched them turn away 2 because their car didnt need what they came in for. If that not honesty I dont know what is, the best I tell you, the best.

Sandra Gonzalez The owner is a scammer. She charges an extra $20 for using a major credit card. However, there is no posting in the business or on the receipt. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau for the owners unethical business practices.

Nancy Toti I went to the auto repair shop- J &M, and the people were lovely and honest. They did their best to fix my car in an affordable way and even gave me a 3 month warranty on the work!! We live very close to the shop and the car had to stay overnight, and they were gracious enough to give us a ride home, and when the car was fixed they were kind enough to pick us up!! They are now my new mechanics!!

Owain Kanaway They used to be a fair automotive service, now they are no different than any other automotive service. Got bad vibes from Jose and his crew, and twice already he tried to make me overpay for something I shouldnt. He wanted to charge me $125 to replace an air filter, then was willing to make me pay $2200 to replace some engine filter when the engine isnt damaged. Maybe it was different under Ray, but if you are not informative about automobiles, Jose will try to exploit you. Edit: Me being allergic to Christianity has nothing to do with the vibes I bring out. Most of my friends and family members are Christian. The world today is meaner and nastier today, and a lot of those negative people claim to be Christian. If you want to counter my review on your autoshop fine, but the moment you get personal and make assumptions about me because of my religious beliefs, then you are out of line and it makes you look like an asshole. Also my review on your shop is fair, you will overcharge for your services if you feel like you can take advantage of their lack of car knowledge. Regarding my google reviews, most services especially at fast food services are horrible. If a store has a quality service, I really dont need to say anything because I rarely write reviews.

James Carrillo Ive brought them all kinds of makes and models over the years (since at least 2009). they do great work for a great price. the repair shop itself is in a tight spot so its easy to pass them by on accident. sometimes you have to U-turn to pull in. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and stand by their work. The only reason I dont bring my cars to them anymore is because Ive moved out of state. I highly recommend them to my friends that still live in the area.

Jeff S Raul and Luis are great. I have brought all my vehicles to them for servicing for over 40 years, starting with their father and then the sons. They are honest, reliable, reasonable and to me are like my family. I have always referred my family and friends to them. They are the first honest mechanics I know. They easily fit me into their schedules and I will continue to have them as my mechanic until I can no longer drive. Joseph Jarvis-Segovia Went to fix passenger window, said parts were in, they werent. Left the car for two days. They said more parts needed after that, and was supposed to put window back closed. Window is not all the way up and whistles and leaks...after paying over $200 it wasnt even made right

Jorge, Moises, and Charlie all worked efficiently to fix the several issues in two days time and drive it in between each adjustment to ensure nothing was missed. They inspected the vehicle on the spot and quickly diagnosed the issues and made it a point to show/explain to me the areas of damage that needed repair under the vehicle to better understand what was causing the shaking and noise. The shop is very organized and well-ran by the owner and prices very fair for my services which included: new front brakes, alignment, new left and right lower control arms, all new motor/engine transmission mount, and front rotors. Porsche Goff Awesome mechanic shop brought my car here for a check engine light and a super loud whine. They got both figured out and fixed within 2 days. I wasn’t looking forward to the usual back-and-forth over pricing or the worry about being overcharged, but I was pleasantly surprised—none of that happened here. They proved to be reliable and trustworthy, did an excellent job replacing my brakes, and also provided reasonable quotes for other issues they found. On top of that, David pointed out a dangerous condition with one of my tires and directed me to a nearby tire shop to address it. Theyve worked on my Landrover, Honda and Chrysler cars They troubleshoot your engine problems and have the latest diagnostic tools to pin point and fix your car troubles. You can drop off and pick up your car later. Quick oil and tire rotations are at a good price. I highly recommend coming here over a dealership.

N C Took my Acura ILX here to get a valve adjustment and spark plugs changed, and I must say that I wish I went to this place earlier for work on my car. Not only is Allen very knowledgeable about cars, but he’s also very welcoming, respectful, and honest. He went above and beyond today, and I’m very happy with the service I received. I also like how he explains everything in detail. Service was quicker than expected and he gave me a price that was very reasonable and fair. Allen’s honesty towards me and treating me like family has exceeded my expectations of this shop and has made me a customer for life now. Eric Mendoza I just had the best and easiest smog check experience at Official Brake & Lights. I took my 05 WRX for a smog check, and Frankie was incredible. The day before, he helped me repair my exhaust pipe for a very reasonable price. The smog check itself was quick and affordable. The team was professional, efficient, and extremely friendly. I noticed their reviews were low, but based on my experience, they deserve much higher ratings. Highly recommend!

Carlos Hall I didn’t read the reviews before taking my vehicle to T-100 Auto Repair. I wish I did. These guys are dishonest as the day is long. They stuck me with a retest that costs $25.00. Take your car somewhere else. All I needed was a sticker to pass smog, but instead of telling me beforehand they tested my car for $55.00 and told me after the test I was missing a sticker. T-100 said “Get the sticker and we’ll retest for $25.00”. If they would have told me beforehand I could have saved the $25.00. In all the years I’ve had cars smogged the inspectors always take a quick look to see if all the required equipment is intact.
