    Paul Eblen: Finally someone that could help me and be HONEST…. I bought a nissan car about 6 months ago and was told the pads and rotors were brand new. Their brakes had the most persistent annoying screeching sound every time I would hit the brakes. This drove me crazy for 6 months going to different places telling me it was just a pad issue without anyone actually looking inside. I brought my car to this auto shop just looking for a quote. Well Sean did an ACTUAL brake inspection. Even drove it around the block. Turns out out everything wasn’t okay and I had to replace the front rotors and rotate the back. Sean was so professional and honest. I know nothing about cars and he could have told me the back ones were done too. He gave me a fair quote and even picked me up and dropped me off to my home.     Royal Magnell: I broke down and had these guys fix my van. They wound up trying to charge me $750 for replacing my alternator on my E350 Ford van and for resetting my fuel shut off switch which is as simple as pushing a button and takes a few seconds. $150 for the alternator and 4 hours of work at $150. They claimed it took several hours of diagnosing. The problem is, I told him it was almost certainly my alternator which any fool could have figured out. And discovering that it was my alternator wouldnt have been difficult. I knew they were lying. When I started up my van I realized my power steering wasnt working. So I went and complained and looked under the hood. I discovered that they hadnt mounted my serpentine belt after replacing my alternator. I waited 40 minutes for them to do that. When I yelled at the boss he offered me a $200 refund. Which I took. But frankly, the entire thing should have been free after that display of incompetence and crookedness. Buyer beware. I should have fixed it myself.

He saved us a few hundred dollars. We really appreciate you and your business and your honesty. We thought we needed to have an alternator replaced. He did a thorough check and told us it was only the battery although other places told us it was the alternator.
