Sol D Professional and honest work. We brought our car for an oil change, and Bernie did an excellent job. He went above and beyond. We almost had it done at Evans tire down the street because we had a coupon. We are so glad we didn’t. They wanted to change the oil pan and it wasn’t even necessary. Roberto Carbajal Had some work done 7 months ago to fix VSC off and trac lights on cost me 2k to get this fixed. Went home and the car was making a weird sound, so I took it back, and they said they put in the wrong part, hence the noise, so they fixed it, no problem. Over the last few weeks, the VSC was off, Trax light and now the ABS light came on. It goes on and off, so I decided to take it in to see if it was the same issue as before. I went in and asked, and the frontend guy was rude and in a bad mood when one of the mechanics told him what was going on. I told him about me getting work done on this a while back and got super defensive, saying we have to look and see if its in the warranty for the work they did 7 months ago. I told him the light wasnt on as of today but took a picture of it when it was on a day or so ago, he told me he could not do anything since the light was not on and sent me on my way. I contacted another mechanic and asked him the samething I told that guy and he said he would be able to check because once that VSC shows up will be in the memory of the car and can see what the issue is regardless of the light being on or off. Do not go here. it seems like they (cashier) just reaching for business and not trying to help at all guy was rude, and I will never return here again. I feel bad for the mechanics they seem like good people, but that guy rubbed me the wrong way.

Kevin Westover You know its difficult to find someone you trust and even harder a mechanic. Your life and if you have kids, in my case, are in there hands. I found Angel and Jesus the owners of the shop, no employees, the most professional workers. They will take there time to describe the issue and listen to your questions and concerns. I just sat here for 2 hours and watched them turn away 2 because their car didnt need what they came in for. If that not honesty I dont know what is, the best I tell you, the best.

Jeb Garcia This is the only repair shop that was willing to work on my older 1995 Nissan truck. I was having trouble getting it to pass a smog inspection at the state referee near the college and all the other repair shops that are Smog repair shops keep giving me the run-around that my truck was too old or they would make me wait for an appointment and then just tell me at the appointment that my truck was too old or they cant do anything about it etc. Jesus is the only mechanic that was willing to take a look at the truck and he found that my oxygen sensor was taking too long to make a connection or it would lose the connection altogether a simple under $100.00 part was able to fix it and I was able to pass my inspection. For anything SMOG TEST or in particular for repairs I advise you make an appointment with this shop and the wait is worth the while because they are honest and very skilled technicians. Anything smog related make an appointment with this shop as they are not only able to diagnose but actually fix the repair needed to pass smog. If you keep going to the smog test only places they just Babble on and throw Parts at your car this is an actual repair shop and smog test center.

Sandra Gonzalez The owner is a scammer. She charges an extra $20 for using a major credit card. However, there is no posting in the business or on the receipt. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau for the owners unethical business practices.

Nancy Toti I went to the auto repair shop- J &M, and the people were lovely and honest. They did their best to fix my car in an affordable way and even gave me a 3 month warranty on the work!! We live very close to the shop and the car had to stay overnight, and they were gracious enough to give us a ride home, and when the car was fixed they were kind enough to pick us up!! They are now my new mechanics!!

Owain Kanaway They used to be a fair automotive service, now they are no different than any other automotive service. Got bad vibes from Jose and his crew, and twice already he tried to make me overpay for something I shouldnt. He wanted to charge me $125 to replace an air filter, then was willing to make me pay $2200 to replace some engine filter when the engine isnt damaged. Maybe it was different under Ray, but if you are not informative about automobiles, Jose will try to exploit you. Edit: Me being allergic to Christianity has nothing to do with the vibes I bring out. Most of my friends and family members are Christian. The world today is meaner and nastier today, and a lot of those negative people claim to be Christian. If you want to counter my review on your autoshop fine, but the moment you get personal and make assumptions about me because of my religious beliefs, then you are out of line and it makes you look like an asshole. Also my review on your shop is fair, you will overcharge for your services if you feel like you can take advantage of their lack of car knowledge. Regarding my google reviews, most services especially at fast food services are horrible. If a store has a quality service, I really dont need to say anything because I rarely write reviews.

James Carrillo Ive brought them all kinds of makes and models over the years (since at least 2009). they do great work for a great price. the repair shop itself is in a tight spot so its easy to pass them by on accident. sometimes you have to U-turn to pull in. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and stand by their work. The only reason I dont bring my cars to them anymore is because Ive moved out of state. I highly recommend them to my friends that still live in the area.

Joseph Jarvis-Segovia Went to fix passenger window, said parts were in, they werent. Left the car for two days. They said more parts needed after that, and was supposed to put window back closed. Window is not all the way up and whistles and leaks...after paying over $200 it wasnt even made right

We had an appointment scheduled at 1:00 and was told the estimated time for a brake job was going to be about 2 to 3 hours (seems reasonable). 4 hours later we asked for the status of the repair since we where waiting and got provided with irrelevant information and one of the workers (short older little man) was responding rudely, after he stated “some guy or whoever he is dropped off the car without an appointment” after he was informed it was my husband who dropped it off and an appointment was scheduled. We’re glad his energy quickly changed as my husband arrived. Hopefully he treats consumers with respect since most people don’t like dealing with little man syndrome. I highly recommend for staff to work on communication skills for the sake of their customers. - despite the horrible customer service thank you to our mechanic
