1 /5 ZeeTheGoddess: I normally try to support businesses with an open mind, but the customer service at this establishment was beyond disappointing it was downright rude. I called simply to ask about the services they offer because I needed an oil change and a filter replacement. Before I could even finish my question, the gentleman hung up in my face. No explanation, no courtesy just a complete disregard for a potential customer.
It’s honestly disheartening to see people treat others this way, especially when they rely on customers to keep their business running. In a time when kindness and respect matter more than ever, you would think people would be more considerate, not less.
I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable just basic information. But the way I was dismissed so abruptly makes it clear that this place does not value customers. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can only imagine what in-person service must be like.
There’s already so much negativity in the world we don’t need to add to it by treating people poorly. I hope this business rethinks the way they handle customer interactions, because respect and common courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask for.
