I pulled up with Flat thinking its a Gas Station, then found the Mechanic Shop. Maurice immediately Prioritized fixing the Flat and getting me back on the road. Their Price is very affordable for anyone! Saved 100s of $ for not having get a new Tire right away. Ive driven over 2000 miles since the Flat Fix, the Tire havent lost any air pressure. I will highly recommend this place - Regular Oil Changes and Services. They were working on Porches and others German cars too while I was there. Saved a lot of time too! I thought it will take another 2 Hrs for the Roadside assistance to switch to Spare Tire. But I was back on the road in just 15mins. Thanks to Maurice and team!

    Katherine Ramirez Vargas: These 5 stars go out to Mario and his service that went above and beyond. On my way to work my very very old but reliable Toyota Highlander lit up like a Christmas tree. I anxiously called Menlo Atherton Auto Repair in the hopes they could help me in my time of need. With a fully booked schedule they had me come in for diagnostic and test drive. They said they would do their best to take a look at my car today. A handful of hours later I got the news. To be honest it wasnt good news, but that isnt the point. Mario explained to me his concerns, the whys and told me not to make any decisions at that moment. He suggested I should go home and think through my options and make my decision then. I greatly appreciate the help he extended me in my time of need. And even more the advice to take a beat before I made any big decisions. Thank you Mario and Menlo Atherton Auto Repair!

Im not using the spot as public parking, but youre not educated enough to read the CA laws. I parked at 5:15pm, and the call was at 5:35pm, but I see that from this scam, you’re surviving, affecting other people like me, who is a health provider for kids with autism, but I will not hesitate to move forward and place this under investigation. BE CAREFUL with this scam. My car was illegally towed. The building manager has an agreement with this place (maybe for a commission), and they charged for a whole day when my car only stayed there for less than 10 minutes. My car wasnt blocking any entrance. This Hispanic lady was pretty mean. Im pretty sure it is not regulated because they want the payment on Zelle to avoid paying taxes or because they are illegally working there. Predatory towing occurs when tow trucks and companies use a “spotter” who calls the tow truck to initiate a tow. Although it is generally not illegal, it is often morally wrong. “The California Vehicle Code outlines conditions for lawful towing from private property. Property owners or their agents must provide explicit authorization, except in situations like blocking an entrance or fire lane.”
