joel colombero Leo, was so kind and his service was fast and efficient. I just went over on the 90 days to register my car with a light inspection and had to run a second. Leo was nice enough to discount it for me since I had already used his service previously.

Miranda Guo Juan was fantastic- super knowledgeable, honest, and quick. He fixed our car in just a few days for half the price of other shops. Highly recommend and will go back.

David Auerbach Juan and his team were awesome. Not only did they do an amazing job on my Tesla Model S rear quarter panel, but they did it 100% on time and weeks less than the the Tesla-recommended body shop quoted, so I was back on the road in under a week. See before and after photos!

Courtney Warren I had a great experience with Toral Auto! We took our minivan to Miguel for repairs, including to replace the radiator and struts. He got the work done fast, and at a very fair price. When I picked up the car, he opened it up and showed me everything. Its been a couple weeks and so far so good! Car is running great! Miguel is friendly and easy to work with. He provided a detailed professional quote ahead of the work. The repairs are under warranty, and hes part of a network in the Bay Area so that the car can be taken to a number of places if there are any issues (I dont anticipate there will be). Note: the shop doesnt have its own customer parking, besides the garages where the work is done. Its squeezed between two other shops, so if Miguel sees you when you arrive, he may have you pull in front of the driveway--otherwise street parking is available.

Siddhanth Dhodhi Forget all other mechanics and come here. He is simply the most honest man to work with. For simple diagnostics he didnt charge a fee ( most places wont talk without a fee ). My check engine light was on and he called it exactly as he saw it. Reset the lights ( because it was a glitch, nothing was wrong ). He said he was just happy to help everyone with their card, didnt ask for anything. I also had an oil change to get done. He gave me an honest price for an oil change and I just had to go with him on the spot. Going to come back here for all my auto needs. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. Thanks Miguel..

Veronica Cazzalli Owner and the son gave me fake receipts for the auto parts from world mac. WorldMac informed me those invoice numbers do not belong to them. Owner and son refused to give me original receipts.They are fraudulent and horrible mechanics.

Dominic Youssef H&H automotive are the best in the business. They are all so friendly and they value their customers. The service they provide is excellent and they know what they are doing. They work hard and are very honest. It takes me over 30 minutes to drive here but it is so worth it. John is such a nice person. Overall, I really loved my experience here and I think they should be your new mechanic.

They let me know the piece that was faulty had an extended warranty, and even went out of his was to call the dealership and print out the warranty information for me!

Im not using the spot as public parking, but youre not educated enough to read the CA laws. I parked at 5:15pm, and the call was at 5:35pm, but I see that from this scam, you’re surviving, affecting other people like me, who is a health provider for kids with autism, but I will not hesitate to move forward and place this under investigation. BE CAREFUL with this scam. My car was illegally towed. The building manager has an agreement with this place (maybe for a commission), and they charged for a whole day when my car only stayed there for less than 10 minutes. My car wasnt blocking any entrance. This Hispanic lady was pretty mean. Im pretty sure it is not regulated because they want the payment on Zelle to avoid paying taxes or because they are illegally working there. Predatory towing occurs when tow trucks and companies use a “spotter” who calls the tow truck to initiate a tow. Although it is generally not illegal, it is often morally wrong. “The California Vehicle Code outlines conditions for lawful towing from private property. Property owners or their agents must provide explicit authorization, except in situations like blocking an entrance or fire lane.”

I was visiting the Bay Area from my home in Nevada and prior to driving over the Sierras I noticed a problem with my 2002 GMC Yukon. I searched auto repair on the BBB website, and there were many great reviews for B&D so I contacted them and explained the problem. Repair was quick, and now (4 months / 5,000miles) later, everything is still working super smooth. Repair was expensive but was similar / slightly lower than what other shops in the area quoted me so seems fair.

The mechanic at the shop really helped me out and took a look at my car right away even though he was very busy. He said I was having issues with my suspension and would likely need to replace my strut. He made sure it was safe for me to drive home and didn’t even charge me! Would highly recommend this shop!

Michael Price A body shop isn’t like Disneyland, no one wants to be there. But I was so impressed with Rafael, the manager who helped me get my car repaired. My passenger mirror was sheared off by someone opening their driver door as I passed. Exclusive took care of all the damage and did it to precise perfection. It’s one of those mirrors with video, radar, defrosting and motor adjustment. They dealt with my insurance company for me also. I only had to pay the deductible. 10 out of 10! ❤️
