Abby Bord First, the phone customer service was excellent when I was calling to see if they could smog our 90s vehicle. (They have the equipment and certifications for ALL vehicles). Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would definitely, definitely return and it was worth the extra drive time for me.

Arley Cornell CURRENT UPDATE: The radiator is leaking from the same spot it leaked from before I took it here. The repair has not lasted. I am obviously disappointed in my service. I called and they said they would take care of it but it remains to be seen how a new repair would be better this time. About 6 months ago I needed to repair a leak in my radiator, so I took it to Ability Radiator by recommendation of a friend. The process was a bit slow because cores for this type of vehicle (1985 Toyota Van) are more difficult to source, as well as some family problems on the owners end. I was patient, and they were thankfully very communicative, but overall it took about 4-5 weeks from dropoff to pickup for the radiator to be re-cored. I reinstalled the part and its been about 6 months with my repaired radiator. Weve had no problems at all after several thousand miles and Im thankful for my experience with Ability. I would recommend them for your radiator business, they are friendly, professional and accommodating.

Michael Hepworth Showed up during business hours and had to wait for 30 minutes with another customer because the doors were all shut and locked up. Dropped off a radiator for inspection/repair. Received a quote in a timely manner for replacement as he found the radiator was beyond repair. We pre-paid the invoice in full instead of just the deposit he was asking for. He called to say repair was done for my truck radiator but I explained I was waiting on a re-core fore my radiator off of a piece of farm equipment. Not surprising since his records consisted of a piece of scratch paper with names and phone numbers written hap-hazard all over it. Luckily I didnt go pick up someone elses radiator. When we finally picked up our radiator they tried to give us our invoice again, which we had already paid in full. When my accounting department sent them a W-9 form they said they would send it over...on multiple occasion. I called them, my secretary called, and our accounting department called for over 2 months with the same answer that they would get it sent over until finally John spoke to our accounting department and threatened to call his lawyer if we kept calling them. Very unprofessional, very unorganized, and hopefully the radiator he re-cored for us doesnt have any issues because I will not be going back there for warranty work.

Kim McMillan If you ever need any auto body work go see Allens Auto Body. Honda has a known paint defect on 2016 Honda Civic and I couldn’t get them to cover any of the repair so I went to Kevin. Kevin has great customer service and takes care of your car.

My fuel pump went out two days before I was supposed to go on a cross country road trip and Denis replaced it and had me on the road in no time! Sarah Wasser Luke was absolutely amazing. Not only was he patience with my two young kids, but he listened to my needs as a remote employee and guided me to a special designated area that I could work from with my laptop. I even had two meetings that I had to attend virtually and he graciously told me I could stay at the dealership until my meetings were done. On top of all of that he was able to get my Toyota serviced from start to finish in less than an hour. Luke was kind, considerate and adds value to that dealership. And the service department. This is why I will forever do business with Yuba City Toyota.

Rigo Had the best experience taking my car to C & M Automotive! Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. I needed a new catalytic converter put on. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was finished hours later that same day. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all of your auto needs/repairs.

Kristin Crawford I’ve been bringing my Chevy Sonic here for about 3-4 years now. Randy is always a joy to talk to, he is very thorough when asking about what’s wrong with your vehicle, and is great about getting your car in as soon as possible! Prices are competitive compared to other GM mechanics in the area, and they have a great warranty program for all the parts and labor they do on your vehicle, which they do honor (I know from experience)! They’ll even give you a ride home after dropping off your vehicle! I used to dread any time my vehicle needed maintenance or threw a check engine light at me, but having a trustworthy and fairly priced shop I can take it to has eased my anxiety about future car troubles. I will continue to use GM Specialist for all my vehicles needs, and if you have a GM vehicle too, I highly recommend making them your go-to mechanic as well!
