5 /5 Alizah Rios: Had to get my car serviced, so I called in and got an appointment first thing the next morning. Luke Skywalker was incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He assured me I’d be out within an hour of checking in, and he delivered on that promise. I really appreciated the smooth, efficient experience. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

Not only was he patience with my two young kids, but he listened to my needs as a remote employee and guided me to a special designated area that I could work from with my laptop. I even had two meetings that I had to attend virtually and he graciously told me I could stay at the dealership until my meetings were done. On top of all of that he was able to get my Toyota serviced from start to finish in less than an hour. Luke was kind, considerate and adds value to that dealership. And the service department. This is why I will forever do business with Yuba City Toyota.

He asked the service department to work as quickly as possible on my vehicle, knowing it would take about three hours. I was out of there just over three hours. Very friendly.
