Randy at the front desk greats us with a smile and always takes the time to thoroughly explain the necessary repairs. Knowing that we can rely on their expertise gives us peace of mind that our vehicles are in the best hands. We wouldnt consider taking our vehicles anywhere else in the Yuba City area. Randy is always a joy to talk to, he is very thorough when asking about what’s wrong with your vehicle, and is great about getting your car in as soon as possible! Prices are competitive compared to other GM mechanics in the area, and they have a great warranty program for all the parts and labor they do on your vehicle, which they do honor (I know from experience)! They’ll even give you a ride home after dropping off your vehicle! I used to dread any time my vehicle needed maintenance or threw a check engine light at me, but having a trustworthy and fairly priced shop I can take it to has eased my anxiety about future car troubles. I will continue to use GM Specialist for all my vehicles needs, and if you have a GM vehicle too, I highly recommend making them your go-to mechanic as well!
