This was all after my own mechanic tested my car and told me that I will need a new catalytic converter. Glad I came here and got a second honest opinion and I wasn’t charged for the test. I was told by a colleague to come here and he was right…excellent customer service that will help you

I was super stressed about my key not working and I called this shop 30 minutes before closing and he told me to still come in even tho it would be past closing. He fixed my key for me free of charge and even called me after to make sure everything was working and fine. Super helpful and kind. Will be going back for anymore car needs

Went in for a break Job brought parts he said that he won’t change out the clips for the brakes which I don’t know why you wouldn’t put the clips that come with new brakes since other ones were black and all crusty also didn’t put any grease I provided Said don’t really need the grease, which is not true did not clean any of the guide pins so I left with insanely squeaky. Brakes went 20 miles and came back and he said that’s normal.It will go away. I’ve drove over two hours still squeaky as hell. Had to go to a different shop paid 200$ for alllllllll that

5 /5 Christina Campbell: This morning i brought my client to Yuba City for a 3 hour medical procedure! While i was waiting i discovered my car battery had died. I called my insurance, they sent a driver out to jump the battery and that’s when i found out i had a bigger problem! I had changed my oil yesterday in Chico, the washer wasn’t put in properly on the oil f filter cover. I was leaking a lot of oil!!! From the Jessie, the tire truck driver to AJ at The Fix It Spot I avoided blow the head gasket! What turned out to be an easy easy fix could have been a very expensive mistake on my part! They were my angels today. They were professional, quick and they went the extra mile to help somebody that was in a real pickle. I will be taking my car to be worked on, I don’t mind one bit traveling a few miles to have honest and caring people work on my car. There are many great reviews for this shop. And the driver followed up a few hours later to see if AJ was able to get me back on the road! I asked what i owed him; he gave me a choice….. $40 or post a review! Gladly I agreed to post a review! 5 /5 Shanee Swindle: Ive never experience an automatic shop like this!!! They really are here to serve their community, you can tell they are up front about everything and dont try to price gouge you. I needed my AC fixed today and all my worries were void after I first called Midas who wanted to charge me $199.99 JUST to do a diagnostic on my A/C. But not this place... I think Ill always check in with them for future auto repair needs.
